  1. Have the person call cruise line, ask for supervisor. Guesses do not count.

    Id recommend calling the port authorities - cruise line doesnt have access to the sensitive information, but it all depends on the embark/disembarktation port authorities / customs authority jurisdiction.

     

    As most states have a rule about not having a driver license and a state id at the same time... Id also reccomend that whomever this person is either dont go or take care of the situation with the suspension first

  2. Just a quick google search shows that the earliest car rental place opens up at 7:30am. If you're dead set on doing Disney - I'd hire a private hire. You're looking close to 300 for that.

     

    Don't forget - ship clearance, day of arrival (weekday or weekend?), month of arrival? All play a part of this delicate juggle. Let alone, getting into and out of the Park.

     

    If renting a car - 528 to I-4 is your best bet. Plan on 5.00 toll each way.
