More than likely, as long as there are no holiday celebrations involved, you Elegant Nights should happen on...

As a very general rule Carnival does not have Elegant Nights on embarkation night nor the night before disembarkation, due to luggage delivery and pick-up. Also they try very hard to give you 2 hours after last ashore in ports to get cleaned-up and dressed for Elegant Night. The cruise line also dislikes doing Elegant Nights consecutively.

Do they always follow this? Well, no as we can attest to. There have been cruises where day 3 was our first Fun Day At Sea and day 4 the only "short" port day, so they did the 2 Elegant Evenings back to back. Another cruise because NYE was embarkation night that was Elegant Night, but since it was already cool out many boarded wearing pants or long casual dresses (plus it was stated in the final email about what to expect on board). Another cruise the second Elegant Evening was kinda of skipped all together, as we were overnight in port (a special 1 off itinerary). They did have the 2nd night menu selections but the FunTimes listed it as casual dress.

We are cruising on the breeze a 6 day out of port canaveral day 2 is Nassau day 3 is at sea then 2 days in port at grand Turk then amber cove then last day at sea. Anyone know what nights will be formal nights?

We r booked on this same itinerary for mar 2 2018 I really hope they don't change that we want want to see the southern islands without leaving from San Juan
