Following this.......cruising in Feb on the Escape.

I have never found it busy. I use the sauna after a workout in the morning and again during the day at the spa. There has never been more than two maybe three other people with me and they never stay very long.

Is there privacy?

I'll definitely pay for the Spa package but I'm disappointed that there aren't private saunas and steam rooms in the men's locker rooms. I enjoy that quiet time.
Are the saunas and steam rooms busy?

Anyone know if Grey Goose drinks are under $15 on Escape?
-
I know the enclave is coed, but are there also showers and changing areas that are not coed? I used to give the DW alone time to get ready for dinner and I would shower and change in the locker rooms (after a steam or sauna). Just wondering if she's out of luck.

I just looked at the spreadsheet. I'm really surprised how inexpensive the mixed drinks are. The original post was from 2014, can anyone confirm they haven't gone up?

Going on Regal in a few weeks, what's the average age range of the passengers? We're early 50s, curious if it's primarily retired folks, or a little of everything.

Or to avoid any hassles, use the gift card for regular purchases, like groceries, and then take the money you would have used for the groceries and pay your cruise bill with it.

Don't do anything on the balcony that you would not want to see on you tube
Then what's the point of a balcony? [emoji15]

Wow, you must be a ton of fun on a cruise. Just as you hope I'm not on your ship, the feeling is mutual. Thank you again for your input.

Thanks for the information. Urine, huh? Guess you don't go swimming with kids in the pool. And I have to admit, if I'm on deck and sweaty, I jump in the pool to cool off. Can't say I always shower first. But I keep the urine to myself. [emoji6]

Thanks for the information guys! Is it mostly couples that go? My wife has no interest, but I like steam and sauna a lot so I will be solo.
-
Can anyone describe what the steam and saunas are like on the regal? I know they're coed, but what else? Large rooms? Clean? Separated Changing areas with showers? Worth the $$? Used often? If you've paid for it, would you do it again?

The Regal has a steam room and sauna but they are located in the "Enclave" and they are a daily or weekly charge! When we want that price was $89 for the 10 days which was a great price at the time. Now I understand it is doulbe that plus some. It is different on every cruise. It was worth every penny for us but the price is the problem now ! It has multiple steam rooms, showers and sauna rooms plus more! Please feel free to ask me more if you want! Bob
I've never been in a co-ed steam room before. Sounds interesting but I'm not sure my wife would be interested, especially for the price. Is this very popular?

Going on the Regal in March. Is there a cost to use the Lotus Spa? Is that where the steam and saunas are or is that the Sanctuary? $40/day seems pricey. Is it worth the cost in your opinion?
-
Thanks a lot for the videos. It makes our countdown to March go by that much faster. It's quite a commitment for you to do this. I'd get pretty bored with it after the first day.

Co-ed?

Were they co-ed?

Does Regal have a steam room or sauna available?
What kind of liquor do you buy on the islands?

We’re on the Escape in February and stopping at Jamaica, Nassau and Grand Cayman?
What type of liquor do you get on the island that you might not be able to get at home?
