I was meant to swim tonight with a friend, who bailed out at the last minute!

I went in on my own which I hate, but felt much better afterwards. Any tips for trimming thighs and tummy, in 5 weeks !! Apart from a miracle!!

what do you do at the gym?

I use the cross trainer, stomach crunch bike and rowing machine, 20 mins each but get sooo bored. I then go swimming atr a very slow pace for 40 mins. Bascially I am very unfit but am building up slowly!

Hi, Im on my first cruise on 22nd March, so far have lost 6 llbs in 2 weeks, by cutting out alcohol and carbs, and swimming every day. I know Im going to put it all back on but hey-ho. I find the weekends really hard, infact I am sat here right now with a bag of chips and a glass of wine! Back on the wagon tomorrow!

We are going on the Pride of Panama 7 nights cruise, then 7 nights stay in Jamaica on March 22nd this year, have just booked it and am a bit concerned about entry requirements after visiting Colombia, Costa Rica etc. Ive read that you may need Yellow fever vaccination certificate in order to then stay in Jamaica? I cant get a simple answer from Thomson. Any help from people who have been on the cruise and stay would be great. Basically I jus want to know if I can get away with not having any jabs! Thanks
