Question for you all.

If you test postive within 14 days of your cruise, but get better and test negative during the 48 hour pre-cruise test, are you fine to cruise? The health questionnaire asks about symptoms within 14 days. If you answer yes, what happens? Denied boarding or subjected to additional screening at the terminal?

With COVID spreading rapidly now, this can definitely be the case for a lot of people. Wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation?

Hi There! I was wondering if anyone who has sailed with Celebrity so far in 2021 has any insights into their Future Cruise Offers? I am sailing on EDGE in October and was hoping to book one or two future cruises. 

Were there reduced deposits? $50? $100? OBC deals are still the same? Anything out of ordinary?

We will be boarding Reflection next month and we are curious if there will be any onboard sales for beverage packages once onboard on Day 1 or 2? We are aware of the occasional sales online before the cruise but we were curious if similar practices are done onboard. Thank you in advance. 

Checked out the gift shop and they do indeed have models of the Equinox for sale at $35 a piece. Plenty on the shelves! My husband wants to buy one...

By any chance, did you see if they have any of the ship models at the gift shop? I am going on Equinox in two weeks so I am hoping that they will have some!

Drat!! This is something I wish I had started doing on our first cruise - but never thought of it! I've gone online and not been able to find anything that looks nice at all!

 

Any ideas where to buy Eclipse and Infinity models? (I will most definitely buy a Reflection model when I board in two months!) :)

Your two best options are:

1) eBay

2) Post in the roll calls and ask if anyone can buy on onboard and ship it to you.

I am looking to go on a Celebrity cruise next year (probably Equinox) and I was wondering if they still sell the ship model replicas in the gift shops? If anyone has been on any Celebrity cruise lately, did you see any ship models for sale? Thank you all in advance.

Hi everyone! I just got off of the Vista and they are still sold out of the cruise ship models and ornaments. I collect from every ship I have been on and I am very disappointed that they were sold out on the VS. With that said, does anyone have an extra ship model and/or ornament that they would be willing to sell me? If anyone could help that would be amazing!

I am going on the Vista on Sunday for a 6 day Western Caribbean cruise. We are all excited about SkyRide and were wondering what are the best times/days to go on? If anyone has been on the Vista 6 day cruise and can provide insight to specifically which days/times are the best, that would be amazing! Thank you all in advance. :)

@Krisco Yes I did get mine today. Now I am ready for Sunday!!

I purchased without reading the fine print (my bad) and noticed that it takes 10-14 business days. I leave on the Vista on Sunday. Fingers crossed that somehow they arrive earlier. I can't find any numbers to contact them with to see if expediting it is possible. Called Carnival with no luck. Send an email to the daily deals email but got an auto response from someone that will be out of office in "2012." So we will see what happens, if not I might try and sell them. I do not know when my next Carnival cruise will be after this.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks for your quick responses. For those passengers sailing soon, the ship models should be back in stock. I was told the first day of my cruise that the models were supposed to be replenished for my sailing, but Miami didn't get them on time. I was upset, but knew that nothing more could be done at that time.

 

To 'cocacola', I would love to buy your Carnival Vista model! When I bought one last year on my Carnival Splendor cruise, I paid $35.99 (I still have my receipt!). Please let me know how much you need for shipping, etc. We can work out the details. Thanks so much!

I'm on Vista in two weeks and I also collect the models of every ship I go on. So now I am getting a little nervous!

Did they say when they would be receiving more?

At what time and what day did you do SkyRide to get a 20 minute wait? Did you notice any other times were the line was shorter?

I have a Celebrity Infinity model that I am willing to part with, however if is missing an antenna and a smokestack, and has a slight chip on the bow. If you are interested, let me know, as I would be interested in a Breeze model.
