Great ~ I knew someone who sailed on RCCL who said they kept trying to place them at the large tables.
We are not actually unsocial but we work in very social fields and look forward to spending time alone, together, when cruising.

Thanks for the help!

Not having set dinner time, any suggestions on what time is easiest to get a table for two?

Hi, my mom said it would be okay to use her account to ask a couple of questions before we sail. First off we have sailed mostly NCL, carnival and Princess but never on RCL (Explorer of Seas).
Two of us have gotten the Royal Replenish Package/Royal Refreshment package and we have a couple of questions we are hoping some past guests could answer them for us.
1. Where do we get the fresh squeezed juice?
2. Do we get the whole bottle of water, for both regular and sparkling, or do they give us just a glass worth?
3. On the virgin drinks do we just ask for them or do we have only a selection and do we just tell them we have the package or show them some type of proof?
Thanks for your help!

I usually decorate my balcony with myself and DH with some coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening:D

Leaving in just over two weeks ~ yea!! So I have a couple of questions I am happy to have someone who can answers them ;)
On the hotel ~
We are coming into George Bush from Seattle and have the option of staying by the airport and then paying to get to the port the next day (or use NCL deal) or taxi to the place you stayed and then shuttle over. It will cost around $80 to get there but the shuttle sounds great. A Walmart was mentioned, would they shuttle us there to pick up water and pop to take on board? Also, what time does the shuttle leave for the port?
On the ship ~
What did you consider the two don't miss entertainment shows?
Thanks for your help!

I have searched the posts but I haven't found the answer I need and so I'm hoping someone can help me.
Next month, we are taking an NCL cruise out of Houston. We will be flying into Houston (George Bush airport) from Seattle and plan on staying either the day before or after the cruise and plan on visiting the Space Center.
We are trying to figure if it is better to stay close to the airport (and use the free shuttle to the hotel) and find transportation to/from NASA and then the pier OR stay close to the pier (hopefully with a shuttle to the ship) and find transportation to the hotel and the space center.
Hopefully, someone will be kind enough to help us find the best option. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick responses. We are taking our son (college age) and wondered if we could use them both for one dinner for the three of us? We just assumed we would pay for him.
So excited to be cruising again after a LONG 18 months with no cruise planning!

On the tier benefits it list a "Complimentary Dinner for Two at Le Bistro with a Bottle of Wine" as well as a free bag of laundry. My question is since two of the three of us traveling are at the platinum level, does that mean we would have 2 dinners and two bags of laundry? Thanks

Here are a couple of questions we have if someone could help us out :)
Are the only two free dinner choices one main dining room and the buffet? We normally sail on NCL and they have two dining rooms which is nice when you don't have a set dinner time.
Do you need tickets for the ice show, and if so, where and when can we get them?
My dh likes a sit down lunch after boarding, is this possible or do they only have the buffet open?
Thanks for any help you can give us
