Does anyone know what day Star Wars Day is going to be out of the 7? I'd like to plan around it for childcare and adult dining. My toddler LOVES Star Wars, so we're planning to spend the day gawking at characters, watching movies, etc. together.

Once again, I already know that this port adventure is for all ages, but even some that are for all ages list parts that toddlers or babies couldn't physically do. I'm assuming one parent just sits out with the kid for those parts.
I'd like to know specifically what to expect before I pay $200 and risk a toddler meltdown. If he's going to swim with live animals we need to have talked about it several times or he'll be scared. If he's prepared, I think it could be the highlight of the trip for him.
Still hoping someone might have actually done this excursion...

Thanks.
I know for certain that my 2.5 year old won't be able to handle a snorkel mask (I doubt many could), but my main concern is whether toddlers will be allowed to participate in that part of the experience. Clearly a 6-month-old can't snorkel either, but they're within the age limits and could be held by a parent.
I want to be able to prepare him without building his hopes for something that won't happen. And I don't want to sign up for a 4.5 hour excursion if we could do the same thing for less money and have more freedom (in the event of the fussy toddler).
Curious if anyone with a toddler has done this exact DCL port adventure...

Hi! Newbie here! I'm planning a 7 Day Western Caribbean on the Fantasy.
I'm contemplating the DCL excursion to the turtle farm (Boatswain's Beach Adventure Marine Park G26). https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/port-adventures/grand-cayman-boatswains-adventure-marine-park/
In the description it sounds like you can actually swim with the turtles, but mentions snorkle gear. I'm wondering if my (will be) 2.5 year old can do this. Also, is this something we could do if we just took a bus/van on our own, or is it a special experience we need to book ahead? How much time should we plan on if we do it on our own?
I know it's cheaper to do excursions outside of the cruise line, and we'd be willing to do that for a quick trip to the turtle farm, but not for a full tour, swimming, lunch, etc. My husband's a worrywart and won't have fun if we try to do anything more than an hour or two apart from DCL.
Thanks! I'm so excited I can't sleep. And I still have to wait 12 weeks! :D
How in your face do you think Star wars will be?
