  1. I have a quick question regarding dining selection on Carnival Liberty. I originally selected early dinning, but decided I would like to change to Anytime Dining. However, when I called to try to change it, the Carnival rep said that Anytime Dining is completely booked and we cannot switch. The other people in our group have already selected Anytime Dinning and we really want to sit with them during Dinner. The Carnival rep said when we board we can go to the dinning room and ask the maitre d if it would be possible for us to switch- but she gave me the impression that it is not guaranteed that we will be able to get switched to anytime dinning. My question is, is there a possibility that the maitre d will tell us we can't switch and we will HAVE to go to early dinning? Or will they typically just reassign us to anytime dinning if we ask?  Thanks in advance!

  2. Hey all! Me, My husband, Sister and Brother In Law will be visiting Freeport in June (via the Elation). I've only been to Freeport once and we didn't do much that time (we shopped a little and returned to the boat), but since this is my sister's first cruise, I want to try to make the MOST of all of our time. I was looking into booking with Captain Rico for the Snorkeling all inclusive day excursion (Powerboat Beach Party). Has anyone been on this excursion? We are in port from noon-7p.m. and the person from Captain Rico's website said that the excursion would be from 1:15 - 4:30, for $130/pp. That seems a little pricey (especially for a little over 3 hours), but if it's worth the money, I don't mind paying! clear.png?emoji-smile-1742 Also, their website says that the day Excursion (for $130/pp) is a 5 hour day trip. I thought it was odd that they said our excursion would only be 3.5 hours, but the price would still be $130/pp clear.png?emoji-frown-1741 (the same as the 5 hour trip).??clear.png?emoji-confused-1977 Just wondering if anyone has done this excursion before--any info would be appreciated! clear.png?emoji-grin-1677

  4. Hi everyone..I have a quick question that Im hoping someone knows the answer to. I have tried googling and searching FAQ on Carnival.com and cannot find a definitive answer.

Do you all know if Carnival will allow you to change your sail date without a penalty? We do not want to cancel the cruise, just basically switch it over to a different date which is exactly 1 week later. We have already paid for our cruise in full (sail date is 8/21) and we just found out that some friends of ours have booked a carnival cruise for exactly 1 week after ours. We would love to switch ours so that we can go with our friends.

    Thanks in advance!

  5. Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if you book a carnival cruise while you are on a cruise, are the rates cheaper? or the same? I am about to go on a cruise next month and my sister and I are planning another short cruise for the end of the summer (late Sept). She is wanting to go ahead and book it, but I was thinking about booking it while I'm on my cruise next month--IF the rates are better. Just curious!

    Thanks!! :)
