Can anyone from recent Oasis cruises shed some light on Happy Hour specials they saw? We don't drink much, so the packages don't work out for us, but would enjoy a drink or two every couple of days. We were hoping to find some specials, but being cruise newbies we don't know what to expect. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

How often does the water taxi run between the port and the beach area? We are docked for 9 hours and thought about going back to the ship after sunning, and then back to town to shop.

Now that the ban on Cuban cigars has been lifted was wondering where in Nassau to purchase. That is the one thing my husband wants to buy. :)

The ban was only lifted for cigars purchased in Cuba. You still cannot bring back Cuban cigars purchased outside of Cuba. The lifting was done to promote economic benefits to the Cuban island only.

We have booked the hibachi dinner for one evening at a cost of $30 per person. Looking at the online menu RCCl showed, it shows a single entree price (chicken, steak, etc...) and a combination entree price (steak & shrimp or chicken & shrimp, etc...). Does the amount we prepaid cover the combo entree offerings?

It seems that they have changed their website, so not as much info available. I know there are shops and a bird show, but wondering if there are trails up top to explore. We have pre-purchased passes, so going anyway, but hoping to get lots of different views of the islands from there. Thanks for the help.

We have it booked for our cruise. I asked about it and had about 300 views, but no responses. It just opened in June, so probably not a lot of feedback available yet. You can do a Google search and find their website. It looks like a fun alternative to the Blue Lagoon or Atlantis.

We plan to spend our time in port seeing the downtown area (after riding the Paradise Point tram). Does anyone have a recommendation for a good shop to pick up some St. Thomas logo golf polos? Google maps just doesn't offer much in the way of identifying local shops. Thanks for any help you can offer. We are thoroughly excited to be taking our first cruise.

We will be taking our first cruise at the end of November on Oasis. I have seen in some of the Daily Compass guides that the cruise line offers a 34 picture photo album for around $180. That seems to be a reasonable amount compared to individual picture prices, but I was wondering if anyone on here has purchased one. If you did, did you find it a good value? Are the pages removable? How much time is needed for it to be assembled (what day should we order)? Thank you all for your assistance. We are confident this will be our most memorable trip in years.

My wife prefers Evian bottled water, but the exclusions on the disclaimer for the Royal Replenish package make it sound as though it is not included. Can anyone tell me what brand of bottled water is included when you purchase that package? Thanks in advance for all of your help.

We are cruising at the end of November, and are interested in the Pearl Island Snorkel and Beach excursion. A couple of questions for those in the know. Are there lockers available at Pearl Island? Is the water temperature bearable at the end of November? Do they rent chairs and umbrellas on the island?

I appreciate all of the feedback, as we will be first time cruisers celebrating our 35th anniversary. Looking forward to falling in love with cruising, as so many others seem to have been smitten after their first experience. Thanks.

I recently purchased a Nikon Coolpix S33 for about $100. It's easy to use, has lots of photo options, and is watertight to 33 feet deep. I've only water tested it, and haven't been snorkeling with it yet. I have been testing it under various conditions, since I'm hoping to only have to take one camera. So far I have been very pleased, but it doesn't have image stabilization for videos. I'll probably just use my iPhone for videos though.
