mini-suite so not sure about the other rooms. 

We also received our refund last night. Our cruise was canceled in March. We were booked for the Golden Princess, May 16, 2020, 15 day Alaska Cruise. We were happy we received our refund.

I did book the suite for the bigger balcony and room but was surprised at the lack of perks compared to the other cruise lines we have been on.

We're going on the Carnival Miracle in October for a 15 day Hawaii cruise. We have a suite but was told there really isn't any perks other than priority boarding. On other cruise lines we received lots of awsome perks.

Does anyone know what you do receive for booking a suite?

We are also sailing on the Miracle Oct 15th 2016. Does anyone know if you can rent a car in Hilo or Kona and the other stops. We have done lots of Mexico cruises and book shore excursions off the ship. Are there companies that cater to walk off passengers at the different Island stops?

We would appreciate any information someone may have :)

We are aboard the Ruby Princess and it was very easy to park and to get on the ship. We saw a few of the celebrity Apprentice's. The film crew are everywhere and all are very nice. So far it's been great and fun watching the filming. They are staying overnight and leaving tomorrow in San Diego.

If it was port tax credit it would go back to your charge card not onboard credit.

I agree with you. Why would they give us a port credit anyway , if it is a port credit then they should give us more SBC credit for the inconvenience . ........

We don't use a Travel Agent. We always book ourselves and are always looking for price drops. We have received some amazing discounts and extra OBC by checking the promotions after we have booked. I would definitely call your TA and ask about your credit.

We received $30.19 OBC for each of us. It was on the updated

E-mail that was sent a few days ago. I'm still not very happy about the delay in check in. I'm just hoping it's not going to be crazy when they do start the process.......

This 4 hour delay is going to be very inconvenient for a lot of their customers. Many people have already made arrangements that they cannot change. Hopefully check in will go smoothly. We're planning on going there at 11:30 and see what actually is going on. If they're actually filming at the terminal, the action will hopefully keep me entertained till we board the ship. Looking forward to some rest and relaxation. :)
