Many pictures show the window washing ladder obstructing the some of the view of the aft suites. One set of pictures it did not. When this ladder is not in use, will it remain on the side of the aft suites? It kind of defeats the point of having a wrap around balcony. Not sure where else it would be stored though.

When did everyone find out their rooms had been moved? Before or after the total amount of the cruise was due? I am also booked on an aft suite on the seaside and I definitely would not want a room change.

We had this experience this past July. Two massages per stateroom and all week access to the thermal area are included. I loved the massages, but the thermal area was just "okay".

Of course! Hopefully a full review as well (2 adults, 2 small children under 7...yikes!)

Hello- from reading some reviews, it appears embarkation can be a bit confusing once you get to port. We are sailing in a Aurea class cabin and I'm curious on how "priority embarkation" works. Is there a specific time/place separate from general boarding? Thanks in advance!

Drink package upgrade

Has anyone had success upgrading onboard? The Msc rep says it’s an option and hat it’s the same price. He said this is the only way we could use our OBC for the upgrade.
