We are sailing on the Infinity the end of March. We dock at 7AM, planning on being first in line to walk off with our own luggage. I know it's risky but can I get to FLL for a 9:45 flight? We arrive on a Saturday and we have PreCheck.
Thanks!

Sounds fabulous. Do you remember the name of the sub. We are going to be there this week
Thanks

Eliza3, We tipped our butler $100 for a 25-day cruise because he was so helpful and made our cruise experience on Regent so much better. That was our first cruise on Regent, so we were new to the ship and the cruise line.
I asked at the front desk if I could use onboard credit to tip him and was told that it would go into a "crew fund" and not to him directly.

Thank you so much for responding to my question. That is exactly what I was looking for.

Wow, I was actually looking for sincere information. And yes I know I Posted this on an "public forum" since that is the only place I could find the information I am searching. I don't know any one else who sails with Regent, shameful I know.

While I don't want to start a "discussion" about tipping and butlers, I haven't been able to find the answer to this question. I am hoping someone can help.
We are on the Mariner and our butler has been wonderful. I know he is tipped with the fare we pay, but we would like to me to tip him more. So I have two questions:
1. If you have tipped the butler, how much did you give him. We are on an 18 day cruise
2. Do you know if th staff HAS to pool their tips?
Thanks so much

I am on the Mariner now, and while they cancelled the stop in Acapulco, they arranged a stop, on short notice, to zihuatanejo/Ixtapa. We had a wonderful day.

They have cancelled our call to Acapulco Captain informed us last evening and said it was deemed unsafe.

I'm on the Mariner now with plans in Acapulco. Definitely time to reevaluate our plans.
Thanks for the info and link!

Just curious. Why, when Regent is all inclusive, would one want to bring more wine, let alone cases when all is paid for in advance? From current posters, with their OB credits through their wonderful TA you should be able to apply toward premium choices, not carry it with you:rolleyes:
We are celebrating a special birthday and want to bring some very special wine that is not available on the open market.

Thank you all for the rapid response!

First time posting but I have been reading and couldn't find the answer to this.
We will cruising in April with some friends who love good wine and they would like to bring a couple of bottles from their own cellars to celebrate with. Does Regent allow us to bring wine on board at the beginning of the cruise?
Thank you for any help you can provide

Thanks for the responses. I am flying to Boston so there are other options later in the day, I just want to get to a family event that afternoon if possible :)
I do have airline status so I may risk it knowing I may have to regroup.
