We are using Lighthouse parking and going out of Galveston Oct. 2nd.

Coming in from Austin so door to door should be around 4 hours. Wondering when to leave? Will probably avoid the early boarders in order to not have to wake up so early that morning to sit at terminal.

How's the walk from lighthouse to RC terminal?

Can anyone speak to parking across the bridge and walking vs parking off the island and taking the shuttle? I guess either way you are getting stuck in traffic.

We are driving in from Austin and would prefer covered parking. Just trying to figure out quickest way on/off.

Curious what people's thoughts are on these rooms?

We booked 1876 for October but a superior ocean view with balcony on deck 8 is about $300 cheaper?
