We too are wanting to book the dog-sledding and Musher's camp excursion ... but we definitely want to book it privately. There will be 7 of us. For those who have done this, can anyone recommend a private company? I'm open to this excursion in either Skagway or Juneau ... if anyone has done both and can offer a comparison, that would be appreciated! The helicopter version is not an option for us ... we just want the cart-pull, explanation of the race & training, and time with the pups.

I've heard there is a bus (possibly free?) from the Civitavecchia cruise port to La Ficoncella thermal baths.

Can anyone point me to info on this?

If not, other suggestions to get to La Ficoncella?

We live in Texas, but she did 2 shows on Austin, Tx and the next time we went to Austin we had a 'RachelRay weekend' and visited several of the place she featured...was not dissappointed at all...

Since I gave you some feedback on another Victoria thread ... and since you are impressed with the Canadian helpfulness you've experienced :D ... now it's your turn! :rolleyes:
