  1. A couple months ago in my pre-cruise information gathering, I came across a PDF document that looked like it might be one used in Carnival's galley. It listed the different types of sauces and their ingredients. Each item had a photo showing the plating. The document also went into some of the other dishes available every day (like the kale salad), with a photo of the dish, and ingredients that were assembled into it.

     

    Anyone familiar with this document or could possibly provide me a link?

  2. I wanted to add another data point. I have the Blue Cash Preferred, and had the Carnival offer. I paid my remaining balance due online, on a May cruise I booked directly through Carnival. I paid that on March 7, received the email within a few minutes, and the credit posted to my account on March 9.

  3. Cold Toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced raw onions, pickle slices, peppers (banana, cherry, and jalapenos), potato sticks

     

    Hot Toppings: bacon, sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions

     

    Sauces: chipotle mayo, ranch, regular mayo, ketchup (all of these are in a dispenser, with individual-serving metal cups for dispensing them), also bottles A1 steak sauce, red & green Tabasco

     

    Remember you can also grab bottles of ketchup and mustard from the buffet.

  4. Available 24 Hours: coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, lemonade and unsweetened ice tea.

     

    Also wanted to mention milk. Chocolate milk, skim milk (although I often see it written "skimmed" milk on board) and I believe 2% are all readily available in the buffet for breakfast. You can get any of those at the MDR, or at the buffet lunch/dinner by requesting the cartons from a staff member.
