20 days till we leave, 21 till cruise day!

We don't cruise till March, all of my family had the stomach virus last week, I went to dr yesterday because I have the flu. Hoping I'm getting it all out of my system before our cruise.

Since this will be our first cruise hoping we have a great experience!

Which tour did everyone book? We are looking at Best of Roatan Private Tour or the Fun 'n Sun Excursion.

Any input?

Went on "Lamanai and the New River Safari" in Belize when the kids were 12 and 14. The 12-YO declared it "best trip ever" at the time. His favorite part was speeding upriver on the motorboat, but they both also liked climbing the ruins.

Did you book this through Carnival or company in Belize? Thanks!

That's the week of our anniversary ! (we married on 3-17-95)and this will be our 1st cruise on the Magic. Our first cruise was on the Carnival Holiday in 2007 and we've tried to do two cruises a year up until last year. But, we're definitely looking forwards to the Magic. Not sure when we'll be allowed to board, I read where Carnival is assigning staggered boarding times so not sure when that'll happen. I had read on this board the time you're allowed to check in for boarding will be on your baggage strap. but I guess we'll find out. My wife is always excited the very day she books the cruise. Be sure to STRESS the point to all who are in your party Beachbum53 made about either having a current passport or original BC at check in. Without one OR the other, it will be a short cruise. My wife and I always check behind each other, so those and the cruise documents aren't forgotten. TRY (I know how some women are) not to over pack. Most men are notorious for just taking a small carry on, while some women wanna take a large suitcase, just for shoes. But either way, what matters is, HAVE A FANTASTIC 'Magical' cruise! And hopefully it won't be your last. We'll be onboard with ya !!

When you do online check in you select a boarding time. We had already completed our online check -in then had to go back in and select our time after they started the staggered check in.

We have our passports! Hope yo guys have a fantastic magical time too!

We will be going on our first cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary

March 18-25, 2017!! We are on Carnival Magic out of Port Canaveral!

My sister & brother-in-law are going, it's their first cruise also.

A couple of friends from church are also traveling, they haven't cruised in almost 10 yrs.

I'm a mixed bag of emotions each day! Excited, nervous, panicky, etc.

I'm working on getting everything we need.. clothing, health, fun items, etc together. My in laws got me new luggage for Christmas, I'm resisting the urge to start packing! LOL! Any don't forget ideas?

We will be driving from TN to Cape Canaveral on Fri. March 17 spending the night at Country Inn & Suites. Any suggestions for dinner that night?

We all have FTTF and want to board ASAP, so we can explore the Magic. Which place to you suggest we have lunch? Leaning toward Guy's Burgers.

We will be going to Costa Maya, Mahogany Bay, Belize and Cozumel. We have an excursion with Victor Bodden lined up at Mahogany Bay (our anniversary day). Any other suggestions for these ports?

Sorry so long, just have to get some excitement and nerves out of my system today!

We applied for our passports on Dec. 16 and received them in the mail Dec. 28. I was expecting longer due to the holidays!

On the Magic in 71 days! First ever cruise, sooooo excited!

What hotel did you book?

I know the Radisson is popular, but the reviews on Trip Advisor are SO mixed.

Country Suites seems to get great reviews!!!

Hoping Country Inn & Suites live up to it's reviews! We are booked there for our first cruise in March. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! Have 2 other couples going with us! Can't wait!

Watch the yeti vs Ozark on youtube. The 30 oz yeti is about $40 and the Ozark at Wal Mart is $10. They performed virtually the same. Ice lasted the same amount of time. They also compared the cozies which kept the drinks the same temperature.

Love the Ozarks I got at Wal-Mart! 30 ozs were $9.94 and 20 ozs. were $7.94. Going to have ours personalized and take at least the 20 oz ones with us!

Get an Ozark Trail tumbler from Walmart, less than $10 and proven to hold ice longer than Yeti's or any other. You need to order online, as they go VERY quick when they go on the shelf at Walmart.

I got 2 of the 30 oz Ozarks and 2 of the 20 oz from Walmart. Love them! Had to order the 20 oz online and picked up in store. Have been seeing several of the 30 ozs in store. I plan on getting ours personalized and taking at least the 20 oz ones with us!

Have stayed in 2264. There is a lifeboat above.

How did you like it? We have 2264 and my sister & her husband have 2276. I read somewhere else that 2276 doesn't have a lifeboat over it.

Does anyone know if 2264 and 2276 have the lifeboats above them?

Be glad you got it...I'm going on the magic in January and tried to get it last night and it's all sold out for my sailing.

Our plan was to try to be on ship around 11am and when I saw the time I just wondered if we had to wait till 12pm.

I watched every morning and evening after booking, when it showed up I purchased right away. The second couple to book managed to get it, they told her there were 7 left so we were surprised when third couple booked Friday night and was still available. Thinking they may have added some more! I just looked and it is sold out!

Keep checking, maybe they will add some. Good Luck! Enjoy your cruise!!

First time cruisers so forgive me if silly question! We along with 2 other couples purchased FTTF for our March 18, 2017 cruise on Magic out of Port Canaveral. When looking at our cruise info it shows the following:

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Does this mean we can't check in till 12:00pm?

Looking forward to the review...have a great cruise! We are on the Magic next March.

We are on the Magic March 18-25, 2017! Our 25th wedding anniversary, first ever cruise!

We will be cruising on the Magic March 18, 2017! Our first cruise celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary!

Got our FTTF Tuesday night for our first cruise: Magic, March 18-25,2017.

Several excursions are listed but still checking them out. We will be in Mahogany Bay for our 25th wedding anniversary so trying to decide whether to plan something or just relax that day!

I'm so excited, can't wait till March gets here!

My husband will not get a credit card for any reason so should I plan for us to use cash for our sail & sign? We had planned on using one of our debit cards a hold placed on it will not cause a problem for us but will it cause a problem with using our onboard account right away if we need/want to?

March 2017 will be our first time cruising and it seems the more I read the more confused about everything I get!
