On our Jan 31st and Feb 10th cruises, they will be 7:30 and 9:30.

Keep the same Medallion. By the 3rd cruise in our B2B2B, my Medallion died (maybe battery). They gave me a replacement.

For a cruise last year, I had bought the plus package and the upgraded internet package before the cruise. I later upgrade to Premier (before the cruise). When on the ship, I went to Guest Services, and told them this, and the refunded (to my onboard account) the cost of the internet upgrade I had purchased.

We live in Niagara-on-the-Lake (not far from Inniskillin). We have never found a Canadian Ice Wine on Princess. We have found a couple Late Harvest Wines (but not Canadian)

Some/many travel agents do not participate in the Bid Process. We have heard that Costco Travel does not participate in the Bid Process.

When we were on the Enchanted earlier this year (same as Discovery), we found the Crooners and the Crown Grill bars had the best wine selection.

My family will be on the Christmas/New Year's sailing around Cape Horn and Antarctica and it would be great to get photos from the scenic cruising sections to supplement the photos from the ship's photographer with the ones we take. We weren't planning on taking an SLR so this could be a solution to get better photos of what we see.

From what I remember, it’s just pictures they take of you ( and whoever else is in the pictures), onboard or at the port. 

Did early ticketing recently, and within a couple days, the ticket numbers were available on the airline website or in the personalizer under Manage Flights.

We ended up making our own mess when we accidentally paid in full for one leg, and then could not switch it over to a travel agent (even though we un-paid a day later).  That meant that we missed out on double "special meal" agent and other minor perks.   

Lastly, the casino, unlike the regular bookkeeping, took away our small bank after 7 days. The casino does NOT carry over to week 2.  They gave us back our money (from a rather long list of confiscated funds), but it was a nuisance.

We also spent a lot of unnecessary worry about getting bounced to a different cabin for one of the two legs.  That didn't happen but would have been a buzz kill.

You should be able to specify on each booking … “No Cabin Upgrade” … to reduce the possibility of them changing  your cabin.

I’ve been getting “Technical Difficulties” when using the Princess website, in particularly when trying to price or book a cruise. It’s been happening off/on for a while, but seems to be getting worse. I don’t think it’s just me?

You would think a company would want their website site to run well so people can buy their product. I was trying to book a cruise the other day, and could not. I ended up going to a TA, who could. Other people could just look elsewhere.

I’m wondering if they outsourced their IT during Covid?

Jody Miles (CD) is going to the Caribbean Princess starting April 27, 2023. She announced this information on the Enchanted Wake Show, Feb 26, 2023.

Love the Aft cabins, but would not choose one on the “E” deck, it’s right above the Vista Lounge.

Paul Chandler-Burns joined the Sky Princess today (May 3) as CD. Andi Sanders (previous CD) unexpected  left the Sky Princess on April 30th, after being “ill” for a couple days. Andi was schedule to be CD for the Apr 30th 14 cruise. Sophie Gideon, Asst CD, seamlessly covered as CD for the week until Paul came aboard.

I'm getting a Schedule Conflict Error when trying to book excursions on my May 14th 2022 cruise on the Sky. I had booked some a few months ago and they are fine, but in the 3 remaining ports with nothing scheduled in those posts, I get this conflict error. I called Princess and did not get any help... "wait and it may reset itself". Well, I had already waited.

I'm wondering if anyone else has or is getting this type of error.

Thanks. I think he is Andi Sanders, and he was on the CD team on our Sky November 2019 transatlantic. He did his impresonation of Ms. Champagne. I heard he is going over to the Island Princess, I think later this month. (We are on the Sky, April 23 Norway Cruise).

I believe they pay the airline when it is ticketed at 45 days before the cruise, or if you request it to be ticketed early.

I saw on someone’s Facebook post, that Frenchie Desduquois is Entertainment Director on the Ruby Princess. We’ll be on the Ruby on Nov 27.

I saw on a Instagram, that DuVaul Gamble is the CD on the Ruby (which restarted last Sunday, Oct 31).

Has anyone been getting these notifications? The last one we received was last September 14. 
 

Being able to book one day before bookings are opened up the everyone is a nice Elite benefit. But without these notification emails, it’s not worth much.
