We have changed we not going on Voyager now we going on Explore of The Seas. Going from Seattle to Sydney Australia so. That now makes it 505 days to go. Yes I will need to change my signature

@hopestotravelmore THANK YOU! For your amazing review on your cruise trip. Golden Princess looks lovely as always, I went on this lovely ship On November 12th 2015 to November 25th, had a Lovely time on Goldie (Golden Princess) I did Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington and Akora, missed 3 Ports due to rough seas and High winds.

Looking at those photos took me back to when I was on her. There are some areas on the ship I missed as they weren't open. The food so yummy!! The last day was sad leaving Goldie behind. Oh and must add did see some dolphins on the way home aswell :)

We are from Southern California. Went on a cruise to Alaska and docked in Juneau. We were in the dining room for dinner when the ship began to pull away from the dock. Not sure if this happens on all ships, but on this ship the boosting of the throttle causes a bit of a rumble and shaking at the aft of the ship. A friend of ours from our town suddenly stood up and started yelling EARTHQUAKE-----EARTHQUAKE. The entire dining room was staring at her.

 

Funny to us, not to her. She took it well though!:D

maybe from theatre?? i was deck 10 up first cabin at front heard the odd wave crash that was it friend was on your cruise that was one that didnt get to Dunedin and Milford if i remember what i was told , i know they painted parts of the out side while in port on my cruise , i would cruise on her again loved her the creaking would not have bothered me i dont think , would have helped send me to sleep if anything

Yeah it might of been. She kept me awake with her rocking at times lol :)

what cruise date ?? was on her 25th nov to 8th dec seemed fine to me but may have depended on where room was etc

Was on her 12th of November to 25th of November 2015 Was in a Cabin on Deck 9 it was creaky there but again she was just fine

My favourite would have to be, getting on the ship and exploring, having fun and let's not forget the food on there.

I was on her last November and she looked just fine although a bit Creaky at night when she was Rocking but otherwise Find. :)
