Hello, I booked with Avis in Livorno port in July. How do I go Avis building? I booked with NCL if it matters, Thanks!
edit: I've seen some posts around 2010 that Avis and few other car rental companies have a small booth on dock. Is it still available?

They don't enforce the luggage limit. The porters don't know the limits for each cruise line, and they don't look that closely at the tags, and they don't know how many people are in your party anyway. You can print out as many luggage tags as you want and check in as many pieces of luggage as you want. It all gets loaded on board, and there is no one on board checking how many bags are being delivered to each cabin (and how many people are in each cabin), either.
Thanks! So I'll just bring my water bottles with me and soda ;)

How exactly does this pertain to NCL cruises?
It is on NCL website

Looks like that is for 14 people though. That would be a little more than $200 pp which is more reasonable. Unfortunately, you have to know 13 other people to go with you. :)

When I clicked on more details, each passenger must pay 2,999$ :o

I was looking around "Explore and Pan" tab and found this shore excursion at Nepals, i couldn't believe the listed price http://prntscr.com/bid4yt ! I know it is a private tour but at this price?

Actually, it's not just $13.50 as reported:
How much are the service charges:
• $13.50 USD per person per day for guests staying in Studio, Inside, Oceanview, Balcony and Mini-Suite categories
• $15.50 USD per person per day for guests staying in Suite and The Haven categories
• Guests sailing to Hawaii will be charged an additional 4.275% Pre Paid Service Charge GET Tax
There are advantages to pre-paying beyond lowering your "on-board expenses"
- if DSC increases before your trip then you will not be charged the new higher DSC
- if you "upsell" to a suite or Haven then you will not pay the higher DSC
Great, i'll go PrePay immediately.
As others have said, I always pre-pay the DSC. It just makes it easier when it is time to end the cruise. You are not surprised with an additional amount on your credit card that you had forgotten about. You can always give individual people a cash tip anytime during the cruise but with the DSC taken care of before I board, it is one last thing that I need to take care of at the end of the cruise.Years ago, the tips were given to individuals at the end of the cruise in envelopes containing cash by each passenger. Cruise lines figured out that some people were leaving the ship and not tipping their staff who had taken care of them all week so the Cruise Lines just started charging the DSC to each reservation so that their employees were sure to get their tips. I have never felt that I did not get my money's worth out of the DSC. The staff on board the ships work long hours to make my vacation something I will never forget.
I wish the tipping stayed as it was before. but I do understand why did they started doing that.

$13.50 per day
Oh, Do you recommend pre paying Service Charges?
-
Yes, it is allowed. You can use your credit card on as many reservations that you want to. When you are at the check in desk, have your paperwork with you for both reservations. The Check In Clerk will simply pull both reservations and use the one credit card on both reservation. Easy as can be. It happens all the time. One time, our family went on a cruise to Bermuda. I picked up the daily service charge for all 8 cabins and had them put on my credit card. The everyday charges that each family member charged were placed on their own credit cards. Just ask and they will set it up for you.
Thank you! , one thing, How much is the daily charge service for each passenger?

https://www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/bottled-water-packages
You will get a package of 18 1-liter bottles of still water.
You can give them out to whoever you want.
Thanks for your clear answer! useful link! :)

I have questions regarding the package(18-pack), so we're a group of 5 , 2 different reservations, I would like to ask somethings.
1/ What do they mean by pack?
2/silly question, When I order the package for myself only, can I share it?
3/ Will I recieve the bottles at once after embarkation, or everyday throughout the cruise?
4/ is is still or sparkling water?
Please answer, I'm a first time cruiser!

Hello Cruisers! I have 2 questions  So I recently booked 2 Guarantee Family balcony rooms on two different accounts, Fortunately, They are close to each other, however, are not connecting. Would it be possible If I straight up called NCL and kindly asked them to connect the rooms?
My second question is, What are the benefits of linking my reservations? Please any NCL expert help, thanks!

No reservations necessary for a small group :D! We never had to wait at MDR. BUT for Shanghai we once had to wait 45 min, I get it because there are less tables than MDR. Just got back from the Epic in July!
