I'm not looking for "legal" advice. I am sure other people have encountered this situation and they might have valuable experience to share.

We are going on an Alaskan cruise in May with one port stop in Victoria BC. One member of our group has a US felony conviction from over 10 years ago (not a DUI or sex related crime). Will that person be allowed to just stay on the ship while in Victoria or will they be unable to cruise at all. It is a closed loop cruise originating and ending in Seattle.

This so called sale is a joke. I received an email saying there is a 30% discount on the beverage package on my two upcoming cruises. When I went to book them, they are the exact same price as yesterday although it says the 30% discount is applied. Really?

Agreed!! I will be on Explorer in May and the Deluxe package has been $55/day since I booked back in May. I got the email about the 30% and i went to book it but it is STILL showing $55/day. I called RCCL and they said the $55/day IS with the discount. Um....no it isn't. I am really irritated by this for some reason.

I can't find the thread from yesterday about Lobster on the 2nd formal night. I booked Chops Grille for our 6th night on Explorer to Alaska for May 2017. I am thinking that will be our 2nd formal night/lobster night. Should I switch my reservation to another night so that I don't miss lobster night in MDR? I love lobster and don't want to miss out!

The beverage packages opened up for my May Alaska cruise on Explorer. Where is the 20% off I keep reading about?

Has anyone eaten at Tracy's King Crab Shack in Juneau? Saw it on Travel Channel and now I want to eat there!

I transferred my reservation to a TA last week and yesterday had her book my son's cruise for next May. She linked our reservations, which is great but on the RCI site my son's booking is showing as a "held" reservation instead of a "purchased" one and says deposit needed by 5/28/16. (I gave her his CC# to do the booking). Now I can't get hold of her to clarify. Can someone advise?

I included my C&A number and I do have a balcony room but am unaware if I received a discount for that. My son booked his today through my TA and didn't have a C&A number and he also only received $100 OBC.

I booked last week on Explorer for 5/19/17 under the WOW promo. However, I received $100 in OBC not $200. Does the higher OBC only apply to certain ships and itineraries?

It shows the 50% off until you get to the payment screen then it says $500 is the minimum amount to put down as the deposit. I just turned it all over to my TA and she is taking care of it.

I booked our cruise for 5/19/17 last week and took advantage of the WOW sale with 50% off deposit. I called RCI directly and booked with them so there were no issues. Trying to book my son's reservation now and when I go to checkout it is still asking for $500 min deposit, the 50% off isn't showing. Am I doing something wrong? Sale ends tonight.

And it isn't just Explorer, it is ALL Alaskan cruises for next May.

I booked last week for this cruise and my son's went to book theirs last night. Cruise is showing sold out. How is that even possible? Did something happen on the inaugural cruise last week that might have them rethinking the itinerary? I can't believe it is sold out.

It's not even allowing me to look at my reservation now. I keep getting this:

The requested reservation is currently being modified. Please try again at a later time.

I booked it online but had to call RCI because the 50% off deposit wasn't showing on the checkout so someone on the phone adjusted it and ran my credit card. Where exactly would I go on my reservation to see if I can make changes?

Is it possible to make changes to an existing booking on the RC website? I want to change my dining and also add a celebration but I don't see where to do that.

I am a new cruiser and will be on Explorer of the Seas next May 19, 2017 to Alaska. Can someone explain the My Time Dining? How it works? Do we choose where we eat each night or does the cruise line decide that? If I were to choose the other option, the only times showing are 8:30 pm which is much later than we usually eat. Help!
