I would use Uber. You can download the Uber app to your smartphone and when you request a ride you can pick the size of vehicle you need. We Uber'd all over Baltimore the last time we went. It was great-and cheaper than using a Taxi.

For our October cruise I book the Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park, NJ. Little pricey-I think with tax etc it was around $360 for 2 adults BUT it's pricey to park at the port or near the port. I'd rather be in the area the night before so it's worth it to me :)

I have stayed here both times I cruised out of Baltimore. Decent hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet in the morning. We did NOT pay an additional $20 for parking. They give you a ticket to put in your car when you get there and that's it. Shuttle to and from the port was easy to use. They also run a shuttle to areas around Baltimore all day which we used the 1st trip. 2nd trip we Uber'd all over Baltimore for cheap. I personally like to be near the port the night before, so for just a little more than the cost of parking at the port I think these type of stay, park and cruise deals are great!

We stayed here with this package deal last October and it was wonderful! I'm booked again for July 2020. I couldn't book the package this time around online but it does show up on the app so I did it through that with no problem-odd right??. It must be a glitch on the website.
