Hi :) You will be docking at Dokkskjæreskaien Vest, which is a little further from the city centre. There will be a shuttle bus to take you out of the main port area. I've read different accounts of exactly where this drops you off, but the 'worst' I've heard is still only around an 800m (half-mile) walk through town to the funicular stop. You should have no trouble locating this :) Even these 'futher away' cruise ship berths are very central in comparison to those in many other cities.

Hi :) There are many cruise ship berths in Bergen. If you let me know what ship you're on and the date of your visit I can see where you'll be docking and advise accordingly :).

Thanks, I have now booked the pass and although the price on the website said £144 plus 18%, it actually was just £144 in total so not quite as expensive as I originally thought.

If you don't book the thermal spa unlimited package on Jade, can you "pay as you go" for spa access and if so does anybody know how much would it be per visit. The package is approx £170 prebooked, including gratuities, for our 9 day cruise. If I pay this much I would feel I had to visit daily, whereas I may only really want to go two or three times depending on what else we are doing

Ok, looking forward to our first cruise but the first hiccup seems to have arisen. According to the port schedule Jade is departing on 2/6 from berth 46 ocean terminal, but will arrive back on 11/6 to berth 101 City terminal. We will be parking so does anybody know if there is a car park that would be central to both of these berths or are we resigned to a long walk on either departure or arrival. Thanks for any advice.
