  3. We have the following Disney Cruise reservation:

    -12-Night Eastbound Transatlantic Cruise from Miami ending in Barcelona   Embark Date: 11-May-2020   Debark Date: 23-May-2020) 

     

    On May 4 2020 (one week prior to the May 11 cruise departure date), we will be flying to New York from Melbourne Australia. Our flight has a 4 hours layover transit in Hong Kong. Disney's Coronavirus policy is -- guests who transit through Hong Kong airport within 14 days of the start of their cruise will not be permitted to board the ship. We are flying with Cathay Pacific, all Cathay Pacific flights will have layovers in Hong Kong, thus we are unable to avoid the Hong Kong layovers. 

     

    If we cancel our cruise now, we would lose our deposit (about $2000). Just wondering if there is a way to avoid losing our deposit. We contacted Disney Cruise Line and the Disney agent we spoke to didn't have any solutions. 

     

    Just checking if anyone here have any advice or suggestions. Thanks so much.

  7. We will be sailing out of Sydney Australia on the Sun Princess. Just wondering if we need to bring any power adapters for the power outlets. How many power outlets are there in the cabin?  Also thinking of bringing a small power bar. Are these allowed?

    Sun Princess 7 days sailing (Sunday December 16 to Sunday December 23.) Cruise itinerary is below:

    Sydney, Hobart, Port Arthur, Burnie, Melbourne, Sydney

    As cruise #1 ends in Brisbane on December 16 (ship itinerary shows that it docks at 7AM) and cruise #2 starts at Sydney also on December 16 (ship itinerary shows that it leaves at 4PM) . We are wondering if there is enough time to fly from Brisbane to Sydney and catch the Sun Princess cruise?

  10. We have booked the cruise with 1 night pre-cruise Marriott stay. Do we have to call Marriott to confirm? Is there a Marriott reservation number for the pre-cruise stay?

     

    We know that NCL will pay for the transportation from hotel to the port on the day of the cruise. I guess we have to arrange our own transportation from the airport to the hotel?

     

    Also, we are a party of four passengers in the one cabin, is there an extra charge for 4 passengers in one room?

  11. We have already made a one way departure flight for our cruise a while ago on Ezair. Now, we want to add a returning flight. Can't seem to figure out a way to add the return flight online. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this online?

  12. We did complain to guests services about recurring water leakage in the bathroom, so NCL will have a record of our complaints. We didn't know about the option to adjust the service charge until now. Will reducing the service charge affect the salary of the staff? Remember reading somewhere that it may not affect staffs' pay but not sure. Thanks so much.

  13. You do NOT have to drop-off luggage first.

     

    From the surface lot: there's a dedicated, smooth walkway to the terminal. No streets to cross. You'd have anywhere from 100-500 yard walk.

     

    From the garage: you have to cross 2 busy streets. There's some cobblestone walkways (hard on luggage) to deal with. Maybe a 500 yard walk.

     

    "dedicated, smooth walkway to the terminal" sounds really good. What is the address of this surface lot, so that I can enter it in my GPS. Thanks so much.
