Well we are still waiting for our mariner status update and we returned home from the Westerdam on December o8. Lucky you-- like we went on a ghost cruise😊

We are cruising in a month on a Holland America ship and are considering our 1st ever purchase of a wine package. Can anyone offer advice help or ideas as to if they are actually worth it? Do we get to select which wines are included? Is there anything of importance to consider beyond these points? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated> Thank you.

We have been inquiring about the mariner status since Dec,08 with no results. Sent an email to headquarters and they replied stating that they were having issues. Well, it's been over a month with nothing imminent. I wonder what their tech support is getting paid???

We returned on December 8 from our 7 day Westerdam cruise and are still waiting for our Mariner status update. We have contacted them twice via email but as of January 7- still not updated. Obviously we are not alone

We just returned from cruise to Mexico on the Westerdam -- December 08 and are preparing for 14 days on the Nieuw Amsterdam leaving on February 24. Does anyone know why they ask for your cabin number when you have breakfast in the dining room?? Do they track who eats where?

It seems strange -- where do they think that you came from???

I can see asking if you want to sit at table for 2 or with a bigger group but we often see huge lineups as people do not remember which cabin the people they are meeting are in.

The staff sometimes after trying 3 different cabin numbers just tell them to look around....

Any insight would be appreciated
