If 12 is the max a drink can retail for within the drink package. Will that get you a dirty martini with a vodka that don't come in a plastic bottle? And Starbucks coffee is not included, yet specialty coffee is?
Yes, you will be able to get a basic dirty martini with any of the vodkas listed in the document i linked in the first post.
Drinks at Starbucks are not included, but specialty coffees at Cafe Promenade are included.

Sorry if this has been discussed, but I tried searching and couldn't find any topics about it.
According to the updated 2019 drink package pdf from RCI's website:
Milkshakes from Johnny Rocket's have been removed, and the "up to" dollar amount has been changed from $13 to $12. In the past, Oasis and Quantum class ships had a $13 limit. I sent RCI a facebook message and they advised that the milkshakes are only included when dining at Johnny Rockets, and that the $12 limit is now fleet-wide. Anyone been on a cruise since January 1st who can confirm this? Unfortunate if it's true, IMO.

Pretty much the only thing at the port is a large warehouse where some of the residents set up a market. Other than that there is nothing. It's an industrial port, so there isn't that typical port shopping district you see elsewhere.
We ended up staying on the ship, however everyone I spoke with who went on excursions said positive things about them.

We dined there last month while we were on the Enchantment. Had no trouble booking the time we wanted after we got onboard.
There were a couple large tables too--I would say eight to 10 but I didn't count--so I'm sure they could accommodate that.

We're also going to be heading to this port in December, but with a three and five year old. Would any of you who have been on the tours listed above suggest that they are kid friendly? I was thinking that this would be a good port to just stay on the ship (or use the kids club while we go on an excursion). Thanks.

Just got off the Oasis today. Attached is the letter that was in our stateroom when we got back on board in Cozumel. There was constant cleaning going on during the last two days of the cruise.
