    They do provide a survey, and I was planning to use that initially - but they only provided a small space to list any additional general comments and names of crew members.  I'm hoping to provide some more specific and detailed feedback!

  2. Hi everyone!

    We just got off of an amazing 11-night cruise, and wanted to give some more directed compliments to a few crew members who went above and beyond for us.

     

    Unfortunately, we didn't know about the Attention to Detail cards that I'm reading about here as I've been looking for how to send such a letter or email so that the specific crew members and/or their supervisors will receive them.

     

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how one should go about this now that the cruise has ended?

    Received a notification late last night which provided a QR code to scan and subsequently schedule an appointment time to take the covid test at the port for our Equinox embarkation today. Hopefully, this will result in a lesser nightmare than the one yesterday for the Edge embarkation. Of course this depends greatly on 1) how many are able to schedule appointments, 2) how Celebrity directs those with vs without appointments and 3) lots of luck!

    I got this too but didn’t see it till this morning, went to the registration, did it, then got a text saying celebrity has scheduled my test for my arrival window.

     

    about 5 minutes ago got another text saying that the tests at the terminal will be optional for vaccinated guests.

     

    a bit confusing, but I do appreciate they are trying to make things work smoothly….

    Can't completely disagree with this......!

     

    Guess a better way to phrase the question is does anyone know which test they use?  My wife has a few medical conditions, and any test that goes deep into her nose like a flu test triggers really severe migraines.

  5. Quick question for all...

     

    Does anyone know a good contact number for DCL? I have a reservation and have some questions about documentation, but can't get through on the 800 number listed on the website and on my reservation email.

     

    Every time I call it it is a busy signal. Been trying for three days at different times.
