I am pretty sure it is because I never seen all that seafood before at the windjammer. I do recall on the Harmony last year all that shrimp being served the first day boarding, but not all the other seafood that we had on our last day.
No it was definitely MDR not WJ.

I just got off the Oasis today and yesterday at the windjammer they had what could be the "seafood buffet" your speaking about....there was plenty of shrimp on ice peeled, there were crawfish, salmon, some other type of fish and muscles I believe and my other half, father in law and sister said it was not good...they should of given this one of the first few days, the shrimp was all soft and soggy and the fish had a a strong smell and taste of "seafood".
Oh bummer. I wonder if that was the buffet they were talking about. Not what I was hoping for.

I have heard there is a seafood buffet in the MDR for lunch one day. What is in the menu? Are there fried scallops and fried shrimp etc? Or is it baked fish and steamed muscles? Which day was it on eastern Caribbean? Also heard about a cake bar?

I remember a shopping area near the rock that says St. Martin hope to see you again soon or something like that. There was a place called the Spice Shack that had cinnamon and vanilla and other spices. Are they open since the damage?

Taking a Royal Caribbean cruise. These are the 2 scooter companies who service Royal. I’d love to hear the good, bad and ugly about both. Trying to decide which to book a heavy duty scooter through. Thanks!

We fly in the night before. Hoped to stay at Hyatt at airport and then use Royal’s shuttle from MCO to pier.

Can I hire Cortrans to take us from airport to Port Canaveral hotel? Or do they only go to the port?

There is the duckboat tour of Portland. An amphibian vehicle which leaves from the corner of Commercial St and Custom House St. There is a land portion of the tour then they go in the water. You'll get Portland's history. Also a fire truck tour. If Portland which leaves from Commercial St. They usually have trolleys on Commercial St transporting people around town. Lots of shopping in quaint shops. You'll love Portland

Booked a cabin in deck 6. Have previously been on higher decks and have never felt the ship move. We are midship. Is deck 6 too low? Will we feel movement?

Arrive between 10:30 and 11:00. Get onboard and have lunch. Once rooms open at 1:00 dump off your carry ons and explore ship.

We were told in June to bring it on our next cruise, which is in May.
Thanks! I know when they switched to the seal from Bingo the dog they let me use the dog when I brought him on my next cruise.
-
Thanks I'll bring him!

You used to get a discount on your bingo cards if you brought your stuffed Riyal deal with you. Should I toss him in the suitcase or is that portion no longer?

If you want to ensure that you get no charges from your cell carrier while on the ship, then put the phone in airplane mode and then turn on WiFi. This ensures only WiFi is on and you can use the internet package on the ship without incurring any cell carrier charges.
Thanks Bob!

If You bought the Internet package what did you change your settings to in your iPhone?
Also if you used Royal IQ only how did you configure your iPhone? I think you turn off fetch data but not sure of everything. Don't want to get charged for picking up royals satellite.
Thanks

Is there anything similar to the Wipe Out cafe on the oasis class? Somewhere to get burgers, nachos and tacos near the pool?

Mattresses. Are they pillow top or reg? Comfy ? Can you still ask for an egg crate mattress topper to be put on top to make it more comfortable ?

What time EST is your sailaway in 11/2? I'd like to watch on webcam.

Can't wait to read it! Have a great voyage!

You do NOT leave your keys. You just register your car so they know who is there and you park in the designated long term parking area. I don't know about 7/24 monitoring. I do know I left my car there last Jan for about 10 days with no problems.
Thanks!

Is the Spice Shack open? I have enjoyed buying cinnamon and vanilla on past cruises.
