yes i paid fora cruise on the Ms westerdam,Holland american lines and they didnt deliver,they past up our port with a lie for an excuse,and in minutes the cruise ship Crown Princes went and docked in our place and i feel i should be compensated for a whole day lost for my family :(:confused::mad:

:mad: Every time i try to talk to Holland american lines they get arrogant,smart acting ,and always beat around the bush , is there a way to talk to someone higher up the food chain to try and get some results.Please advise if you have any Ideas? Thanks Mike
