The required masks for Italy are FFP2 as well, I read somewhere that you can get them onboard ship for a quid. We had a few already so taking them along.
It's amazing how often TUI's email info has contradicted their own website!

I tried to order from Chronomics several times last week, no joy, wouldn't even let me select Spain Balearics! Got from Randox instead. Ordered online, collected from local store the day after.

Sailing from Dubrovnik on 12 May.
I just received my Email from TUI saying that my boarding passes were attached for outbound and inbound.
Only outbound were attached. I just spoke with a TUI advisor and the process has now changed. Your return boarding passes will be emailed to you 2 to 3 days before your return. You can then print at the airport.
Thought I'd share this as others may have been as confused as I was.
Same here, had the email over weekend.
Had a similar one yesterday saying we have to fill in location forms for Spain, even though that was dropped weeks ago.
On each occasion I went on livechat to be told the email was wrong!
You'd think with the size of TUI they'd have someone checking their emails are accurate, amateurs....Ha!

Just to back up what others have said. We're just back from Ryndam, 15 drinks per day, no $ limit other than the 7$ per drink thing. Cards in room on arrival.

You will NEVER be able to drink everything in your quota. Only a person on a Caribbean cruise who starts drinking in the morning could do it---so don't worry.
You're right for me but I wouldn't bet against my wife.
I was really thinking about first day/last day, as the time of arrival/departure could limit what you get from the package.
Either way, three weeks from now, we'll know the truth!

Hi, perhaps I missed it somewhere but does anyone know the daily cut off point for the package? Midnight or 6am, I've seen both mentioned in other forums.
Thanks

Draught Beer is Boddingtons and Draught Lager is San Miguel or Mahou on the Plus AI where you pay £10.95 per day each you can get Guinness in cans and other beers like John Smiths on the plus side you can get draught Cider (strongbows) and everything that is on the drinks menu ;)
Blimey, I didn't know there was a plus AI! Must remember that for next time.
Cheers

Yes, I was rubbish there wasn't I?!
Hopefully someone spots this that remembers what it was - I was on the Rum most of the week.

Hi, someone posted last years menu higher up this thread - take a look on page 1.
From memory draft was Stella.
You know what? I'm now thinking Stella was a bit extra? Sorry, just find the menu higher up and take a look!

Going on the Island Escape next week for the Souks and Sangrias cruise. Would anybody know what the draft beer is that will be included in the AI tab?
thanks

Anyone know if, like Thomson, there's a cut off point for the AI?(think it was 2am-10am) or maybe it's when the last bar closes?!
We were last on IE in 2009, can't remember how it was then and maybe it's changed since anyway.
Cheers

I found(on Opera) there was overlap between nights, for instance on casual nights, some wore casual/open neck shirts, while a few others wore ties. On formal nights most wore shirt and tie but some still wore casual/open neck. On Gala nights most wore collar and tie but a fair number wore dinner jackets, bowties, etc. I didn't see anything "daytime casual" like jeans, shorts, etc. on any of the nights.
Don't worry, just enjoy........

Hi Jim, I didn't contact TUI as I'd been on livechat for an hour most days in the past last week! Totally fed up with it, pretty much every email they send out contradicts something or other.
I tried Chronomics site a few times, never got past the destination bit, but had already noticed on some of the TUI stuff that you can use Randox instead, so did so without any issues.
As a general comment, TUI website has got to be one of the poorest out there, every time I go on I get errors, or spot a mistake. Today I noticed that the Covid info link within my cruise booking takes you to a general Covid page not the cruise specific page! No wonder everyone is confused as hell.
