Taking our older 2 boys on a cruise in January. We chose YTD this time thinking that it would give us some flexibility to see shows and do other things.
My question is the time is listed as 5:45-9:30. how late is to late to show up and not feel rushed?
This will be our first time with YTD!

It doesn't really impact me personally, but I'm not sure these reduced deposit sales are a good idea. People who don't have enough money to put down a full deposit are probably more likely to be people that really can't afford to take a cruise. Carnival is just making it easier for them to get in over their heads.
If you look at it strictly from a corporate profit point of view, I guess it is still a good idea. But on a personal level I'm not sure it's the best thing for these passengers, in many (not all) cases.
We used the $49 deposit for our next booked cruise in January of 18. For me it's got nothing to do with not being able to pay more. But why give my money to Carnival any earlier than I have to. It was a way to get the cruise and rooms we wanted booked. We will pay it off closer to time to sail.

Look at pics it shows basketball courts on the elation. But done see them on the deck plans. Are they still there? The kids would love to say they played basketball on the ocean.
Thanks

Not saying the note was there. But I have seen a note on the room description many times that the twins don't convert when the uppers are used.
It's on the website when looking at the deck plans. If you click on the rooms while booking it gives info.
MDR question

We were on the ecstasy in May. Had a group of 14. We had one big round table. It looked crowded at first but wasn’t bad at all.
It can be done.
