No and it drives me mad!
I suppose it makes it easier to clean and also less chance of forgetting things but I find it a real nuisance.
I take fold up containers from Ikea which at least keep the piles from falling over and I can separate my stalls.
Don't get me started...

Thanks for the replies regarding the X-Dream and the spinning classes - I wonder if I can connect my Garmin Edge to it to record my workouts?
Sadly DH says not. :-(

My husband was very impressed with the bikes in the QE gym. They are Trixter X-Dreams and retail at about £6000. (We know that because he thought about buying one till he saw the price.) He was training for Mount Ventoux at the time and was able to train on the simulator for an hour each morning so got to know the course quite well.
Like ukellie's husband he did one spinning class and didn't bother again.
BTW we took our bikes with us on our med cruise. Just saying... xx

I am really surprised that nobody else has had similar problems. We were three couples sitting alongside each other but on tables for two (never met before). Both of the other couples were complaining about the noticable changes in the restaurant, and how things had become less available than previously, and how small the Al a carte choices had become. Maybe this is because we are comparing apples with pears, i.e. we are thinking back on how things were only 5 years ago and how over the last few years it appears Cunard's belt has got tighter and pennies are more closely watched.
Hello Salad Muncher. Just to let you know I had an experience with the Maitre d' (one of those mentioned on this thread) that left me literally in tears. My son spoke to him the next day and he a) denied he'd said what he'd said and b) said he'd look into the other part of my complaint and report back.
We didn't hear from him again and c) whereas previously on each night he'd come over to the table to ask how everything was, for the rest of the Voyage he did not approach us at all. I found this to be the most outrageous transgression of duty.
Interestingly, we were also on a very inconvenient table for two, one of a row of three similar tables.
I hate complaining publicly about my beloved Cunard but I didn't want you to feel you were so out of kilter with the rest of the forum; I know what that's like.
Regards.

You must be a hoot when you've had a few glasses of wine in. [emoji12]
Yes, my friends all hate me but I'm the first one they call when their kids' dissertations need proofing! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

And to be even more helpful, this is about the best thing I've ever bought for modern travel. It's tiny!
Edit: having trouble uploading photographs but it's a tiny little USB socket with a US connector.

Is it bad form to mention that the square panels with holes by the desk are not actually plugs but sockets? Apologies, but 30+ years married to an electrical engineer has made me a tad touchy about such things! [emoji8][emoji8][emoji8]

I love to see men in uniform, that really made a colourful wedding photograph.
Me too, SR. That's why I married one! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

The package includes a photo with (or of) the cast so it's only done on show company production nights, not for guest performers. On other nights you can just wander in. You can also use them for the lectures but if the lecturer is using PowerPoint it's not great as you have to look through the glass.

Ah maybe. The grooms definitely said it was a wedding. Interesting...

Ok. I'm totally confused. On one of our TAs a couple of years ago there was DEFINITELY a same-sex wedding.

Perhaps I have misunderstood the OP's question about Bermuda, but won't QE most likely be docking at King's Wharf (or the adjacent Heritage Wharf) at Royal Naval Dockyard? The itinerary does state Hamilton, Bermuda, but as I understand it, large cruise ships (longer than about 700 feet) don't dock at the Hamilton City port anymore. QV's itinerary for her recent world voyage stated Hamilton, Bermuda for her two port calls in January and April of this year. In both cases, she docked out by the Royal Naval Dockyard. So, if the OP's question is how far away is King's Wharf from where QE will be docking in Bermuda, I think the answer is that's where QE will be docking (or close by).
As far as New York is concerned, the 2018 port schedule isn't listed yet on nycruise.com, but in all likelihood, QE will be docking in Manhattan.
Regards,
John
Hello John.
I think it's the other way round. The OP knows they will be docking in King's Wharf and wants to know how easy it is to get to Hamilton.
Regards,
Betsy.

Don't get me started on this article; I did my rant on FB.
Suffice to say I totally agree with MarkBearSF!

Don't get me started on the fact that they're not selling Cunard diaries any more!!

Oh - and I agree with Camgirl about using the pool when everyone else is at first dinner. Except now everyone knows our secret! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Oh I do sympathise. I'm also knocking 60 and overweight. I also struggle with swimwear. It always takes me days to pluck up the courage to use the pool and then I regret the missed opportunities.
My tactic is to wear a coverall down to the pool and then, when I've got my courage, I take it off (avoiding eye-contact with anyone) and just walk calmly to the pool and in. I also keep my sunglasses on - partly because I'm almost blind without them and also because I feel it preserves my anonymity (even though in reality I know it doesn't). Oh - that's in the outdoor pool but it's sort of the same in the spa. Then once I'm in, I'm just so happy and weightless that nothing else matters.
I also know, as others have said, that no-one cares what I look like, but I care, so I know how you feel. But you're never going to see these people again and I just hold that in my head. Just like I do when I say the wrong thing at the dinner table.
Go for it! xx

If you're in the Grills you will get priority boarding and a proper lunch on board so, as everyone else has suggested, aim to get there earlier rather than later.
Have a fabulous time!

The same happened on the corresponding cruise this year. The itinerary changed at least twice before sailing and then again when we were on board. It was referred to as the magical mystery cruise. I'm sure you'll have a marvellous time wherever you go.

Yes, it's definitely playing up today. My suggestion would be to leave it for the time being and try later.
