As most here have stated, it is definitely worth it unless you simply can't afford it. Being able to enjoy the sun and water whenever you want without everybody else changes the whole experience. If you've only ever done inside cabins, you have to try it. Just had my first balcony, and one of the best feelings is waking up and wanting to see the water or islands and remembering "Hey!, I can walk outside RIGHT NOW and chill until room service brings me my Reuben!" Seriously, priceless.

Just got off the vista 2 weeks ago, and I gotta say Allure. No way it can be worse than that.

I just got off of the ship (sailed Dec 3rd). Very little transpired in the piano bar, and there definitely was no R-rated show. In fact, the piano bar is smaller than ever on this ship. But they did play Deadpool (say what?!) outside on the big screen late at night. Also I didn't see any live music in the Red Frog Pub. The only place they really had live music was near the Tasty Bar/Casino area where they had a stage built. It is one of the highest traffic areas on the ship

This is great news. I go on this ship early December and was sad to hear they had no steak house or Guy's. Crab legs here I come!!

Aaaah yes, you are correct. I went on the Vista on Nov. 27th, then the Victory on Dec. 3rd, I confused the ships. Thank you for the clarification, wish they'd let me delete my first comment as to not confuse people. I'll be going now...
