We are low rollers (not even prime) and just started receiving offers again. Just booked an OV for December. Hopefully you'll see something soon!

We have an overnight there next May coming in at 3pm then leaving the next day at 2pm. I'm worried two half days won't leave much time for much. Hopefully we can make it work. Thanks for your review.

yes. If your cruise is not too far off, you can go to the cruise planner (on line) and the royal up will show up there. Had the option in the planner for a cruise 8 weeks out.

Great, thanks! The cruise isn't until December so we have time. I'll wait to see if we get the email.

I know this has been asked probably a million times, but my phone keeps glitching when I try to do a search. Do they offer royal up for comp cruises? I'm fine with what I have booked, but thought it might be fun to put in some offers even though I see that cruises are sailing at max capacity and there will be very low chance of upgrades happening.

There is a ongoing thread about where the next years worth of cruises will be released for which area. Like caribbean or europe or alaska
From what I read around nov? Could be earlier but I think around then depending specifically which cruises you want.

Thanks!

When will bookings for June/July 2025 likely open up? I'd like to book early to hopefully secure a good rate.

Thanks everyone. Our ship is due to dock at 7. We'll book the 1130 flight and hope for the best.

What time does self assist departure from the ship usually start? I'm trying to estimate transportation pick up. Also, given your previous experience, what would be the earliest I could book a flight out from FLL if I'm sailing from Miami?

Thank you!

Is there a website or place on the RC website to make bids? I've always gotten an email, but I haven't so far for my Dec cruise.

We're fairly new to cruising (2016), so don't have a lot of cruises under our belt yet. However, we did cruise to Alaska in 2019 after I graduated NP school and also to celebrate 10 yr anniversary. We stayed in Alaska 5 days after the cruise to explore. We usually like to travel to different destinations, but Alaska is one of those places we'd definitely return to.

Did you call the Crown and Anchor number? I called about something else and the rep checked to see if the fare had dropped without me even asking.
I did. I called back today and had no problem with repricing.

I need some help from the experts. We've cruised 5x all with RC and in the past (even before covid) I was able to call and re-price a Cruise. Is there a certain cutoff where I'm not allowed to do that? We sail Dec 18 and I saw that the fare has dropped quite a bit since booking so I called C&A to re price. She said that my sailing is not eligible for re price because it was booked after Cruise with confidence ended. Is she right or should I call back to speak with someone else?

Not only does it take longer to dry, but the cord is short, so you can't move too far from the drawer it's kept it. I like to stand in front of the AC vent while drying my hair so I don't sweat 😁

Quick lunch in WJ bc we usually don't eat before boarding and then grab a pina colada at the pool bar. Super bummed 2 weeks ago on mariner they said they were out of PC mix at the pool bar first day. Bizarre but we made it work.

I can't say this is true for all ships, but when my son was younger Chops never had an issue letting him order off the adult menu, mainly bc the sides are served family style. He usually ordered the petit filet (I believe 6oz). Between the salad, apps and dessert that was plenty of food and he has always had a robust appetite.

The execs at Royal Caribbean thank you for your donations.
Thankfully it wasn't all loss. We were pretty close to break even, which is great in my book! Lol

If you reach prime during the year, which for the casino runs from April 1st to March 31st, you be prime for the next year. So, if you get Prime in December, you'll be Prime until March 31st 2024. You will need to reach prime again in order to remain prime for the following year.
Curious as to what sort of Ouija board you have that lets you know you are going to reach Prime in December.
He has 2300+ points. Don't need a Ouija board to figure that one out 😉

My husband will reach prime during our next cruise in Dec. Will he keep that status through 2023? The wording on the casino Royale site is a little confusing.

We had our rapid tests done at Walgreens today. Results emailed in less than an hour. We're all negative and ready to fly to Orlando tomorrow.

I did not pay for expedited service and received ours within 4 weeks. This was last month.

We will be debarking Apr 19 and our flight doesn't leave Orlando until 330. We rented a car for the day. We are debating whether we want to spend some time at Cocoa Beach (I don't really like the idea of getting sandy before a flight) or maybe finding some hiking somewhere in between Canaveral and Orlando. I also want to have a seafood lunch before heading to the airport. Any suggestions on good places to hike?
-
Now you're making me nervous. I just scheduled ours 30 min ago for next Tuesday. I haven't made a back up plan yet. Guess I better try to reserve something in Orlando and cancel if not needed.

Thanks, all! Getting excited for our perfect day!
Changing reservation
in Royal Caribbean International

I made a (refundable) deposit on a cruise for next May, but I need to switch weeks, which will also change ship and port, due to work conference. Is it easier to just call to cancel my current reservation then rebook online or have them transfer the reservation to a new booking over the phone? Sometimes I feel like maybe I'm not communicating well on the phone cuz they don't seem to understand what I'm asking. So I'm thinking it might be easier to cancel? I've never had to do this before though. Any thoughts?
