Are the buffets open?  Late night food?  Where is your point of reconsidering if your scheduled cruise or experience is currently worth it?

We are signed up for an Italian cruise ( I know there are better times) in late Feb on MSG Fantastica maiden voyage.   

Questions on travel insurance:

Are there less expensive avenues for purchasing, not going thru the cruise line?  Where?     The costs of this trip are beginning to nickel and dime me, except its $100 here, $200 there.

Did you fly into Ft Lauderdale on Friday and stay in Miami the night before. If so, do you recommend an affordable place with pretty easy access for the departure point? Thanks
