  1. Hi all I am looking for some advice, I have travelled on the Crown Princess last year and we travelled mid ship, due to my daughter travel sickness. We are looking to book on the Sapphire Princess, they have offered us an aft cabin. Has anyone been there and can you feel the motion. It would be horrible to spend two weeks bobbing up and down

  2. Hi all, I am hoping that someone will be able to answer my question. I travelled last Summer on the Crown princess to the med. We are looking to book on another cruise for 2019. The only problem is we are looking at booking the Sapphire which is a much smaller ship

I have read a few bad reviews about the ship.

I am also travelling with a 16 year old.

Please tell me honestly if I am making the right decision or is going with P& O a better choice?

Thank you in advance for time

  3. Hi all thank you so much for your replies. You know what I am going to go on my cruise and enjoy it. I actually agree with all the reviews. I began reading them to get tips for the cruise and some of the reviews really floored me. I watch the cruise show on the television and I was very excited by what I saw. I do have a balcony state room. I read reviews where people said that it's not private, another woman complained about the amount of disabled people with aids on the ship. I am partially disabled I use a wheelchair/ scooter and a stick. I don't want to feel I am being a pain to someone. But I will be positive and look forward to my trip. Thank you positive cruisers ⛴🚢🛥🛳

  4. Hi Thank you for your reply. I have never been on a cruise. P&O does provide kettles in state rooms. I think it's very British my husband almost died when we were in the states no tea 😊

We tip when we go to restaurants but again when we met with family at a restaurant they put the over $100. In tips and the service was not that special. I think it's expected. I think the cruise industry should pay the staff properly then tips should be given on an individual basis. If we tip everyone on the ship we would be left bare. I already committed our down payment but I will make my mind up if we still want to go

  5. My husband booked this cruise but after reading a number of negative reviews. I am worried about going. The treatment on board worries me and we don't like to complain. I wonder if we should just sacrifice the deposit and just go to a land holiday. I am very worried that I will be unhappy for 14 nights. Is anyone going on the 29th July 17:confused:
