  1. Yes, we read the policy but it doesn't talk about spa services.  Spa is separately owned so I was wondering if anyone encountered this before.  We want to take advantage of discount of buying prior BUT don't want to find out on the ship that Spa won't do massage treatment on a pregnant woman.

If you have first hand knowledge please respond.

  2. My pregnant daughter is cruising with me next month and we are looking at booking massages online to take advantage of the discount.  My question, will the Spa give a pregnant woman a massage?

I have searched and can't find an answer.

    Thanks in advance.

  3. We are doing a Greek Isles cruise in November.  We are a group of 9 ranging in age from 24 to 73.  Can anyone tells us which ports below are easy to do on our own/ideas for each port:

    Saint-Tropez, France

    Messina, Italy

    Corfu, Greece

    Olympia, Greece

    Santorini, Greece

    Kusadasi, Turkey

    Istanbul, Turkey

    Volos, Greece

I'd say they most likely mean that since the Haven guests pay a premium for a cabin, they may be entitled to some kind of compensation.  I know I have a haven room and paid a bit over $7000 for it to have the experience.  Just guessing that is what was meant by the comment.

I leave tomorrow for NOLA and we board Sunday 1/2/22 and I just can't wait for this cruise.  I like trivia and music and shows if I can make them but if not, I will be just fine sitting by the pool or on my balcony but I wouldn't balk at a shipboard credit for the spa either.

Also - if you are on the 1/2/22 Breakaway sailing out of NOLA, it looks like it's going to be a rainy week with a high of 72 and a low of 34 Sunday,

High 80 - Low 71 and showers Tuesday in Cozumel

High 79 - Low 74 and showers Wednesday in Roatan Bay Islands

    High 82 - Low 74 in Belize

High 82 - Low 73  and rain Friday in Costa Maya

    Rain can't ruin my vacation!

    Happy sailing!

My daughter is scheduled to board on Jan 9th.  Can you you please update Shows, Casino and Restaurants.  Her hubby wants to cancel if these are significantly impacted.  Thanks!

  5. We are a group of 9 on the NCL Jewel at the end of April 2022.  We have stops in Juneau, Icy Straight Point and Ketchikan.  Some of the group would like to go fishing but there is nothing offered through NCL for fishing.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a private fishing excursion?

  6. We have a group of 9 cruising on the NCL Jewel in April 2022.  Our stops are  Juneau, Icy Strait and Ketchikan. The group would like to do a private fishing charter but I have only been able to find excursions that accommodate 6 people max.  Does anyone have suggestions of private company to try?

  7. I totally understand, so was I.  It is almost as if the added the new line and didn't edit the line above.

On Friday I had a chat with an NCL agent and she was the first to confirm the Pfizer/Moderna mixed vaccine as now acceptable.  I printed the chat.

Then I said to myself lets email the CEO, Harry Sommer, and see if he confirms as well.  He did and I have that printed as well.

  8. Just noticed that NCL has added the following statement regarding Mixed Vaccines for ships leaving from a US port:

A mixed vaccination protocol of only Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna combinations (mRNA vaccines) with a minimum interval of 28 days.

My daughter and her husband are Pfizer/Moderna vaccinated 60 days apart.  I wrote directly to the CEO, Harry Sommer, and he responded that they are good to go.

  9. I did receive this email for our November 5th Transatlantic cruise. It states that gratuities are going up April 1st but I have until sail date to pay at current rate. My question is if I wait and NCL has another increase in the Fall can I still pay at current rate or is it then the April 1st rate?
