We did Odyssy in the fall and akke29 is absolutely correct , the traffic was horrible to and from old Jerusalem and ship.  Staying overnight would be a great idea. We did not do this and we still had time both days to explore but it was 2 very long days.  Also because of the traffic situation we decided to book excursions through the ship so if we got stuck in traffic the ship would have to wait for us 

If these were big cookies like CRUMBLE cookies I might splurge and buy some if the mood struck me .I would hope they still offered the regular smaller cookies they always have for no cost. To me it would be like the Ben and Jerry's ice cream, if I wanted to splurge and get better quality ice cream I could get it and pay extra but would have the option of what to get because ship had other free options for ice cream

Was on Wonder in January.  They have Golden casino where Jazz club was.  There is a black jack table, Texas hold em table, and Roulette table along with probably 20 slot machines. There is no bar but they do have waiter service !!There also is a small buffet like diamond lounge in back of casino  Completly NON SMOKING !!  They also have a drawing at midnight where they give away $$$$ to get people to come play in Golden Room. We really enjoyed it !!

On WONDER in January they had a certain amount they would give out each day.  After that you had to ask for them, they weren't out on display. 

We were on 2 weeks before you and had a great cruise. I am so sorry you had a dissappointing time !!

It will always make a difference when 2 venues are closed  . Hope you have a wonderful time the next time on whatever cruise you go on .

I asked question on other forum and the answer I got was Taino Bay.  Have no idea if this is correct but that's what I'm going with.  It's a new terminal.

You earn points on all casino comped cruises even if you dont upgrade !!

I have a casino related question. I play table games and usually cruise Royal, and when I play I am able to get cash at the table to charge to my account with my seapass card. Will I be able to do this on Carnival ? And if yes is there a fee attached to this and is there a way to get fee waived ? THANKS

Yes you can.  Just doule check the drink you get is under $13.00 because the first time we did this my wife ordered drink of the day and they were out of something in it and substituded something else and it was over $13.00 so they charged it to the room.  No big deal 1 drink charge that I found out later we just could have paid the difference  but 1 drink charge for the whole week no problem.   Just want people to be aware

Oasis has a large casino with 2 seperate sides for smoking and non smoking.  I am a non smoking black jack player also and the smoke really is not a problem.  You can tell the difference between a non smoking and smoking casino but on Oasis when you leave you dont smell like smoke.

was on this cruise in may    wore shorts with nice shirt on all nights except formal nights   perfectly fine and most people dress the same

totally agree    was on harmony in october and only table with a shoe and 3/2 blackjack was $50.00   it was empty 80% of the time and i asked the pit boss numerous time to drop to $25.00 and he refused saying there was nothing he could do   totally stupid as there were 4 of us that would have played $25.00 minimums but didnt want to be bullied into $50.00 minimums so table was empty   0 customer service or business sense  to have the table empty !!!!

trying to find out if blackjack tables on serenade use continuous shuffle machines or shoes and if they are paying 3/2 for blackjack at $25.00 and higher tables 

got off of celebrity infinity on monday   they had this promotion but you got $400 extra for $2000.00 double what royal gives you    they gave you $2400.00 PROMOTIONAL chips at cage  .  you bet PROMOTIONAL chips and they paid you in real chips.  kept the winnings separate and kept betting PROMOTIONAL chips   until ran out of them    took about 3 hours of play at a $25.00 blackjack table   got full credit for action on PROMOTIONAL chips   i am going on royal in january and will definitely do this again    if you are a regular gambler it is worth it    you cannot cash in promotional chips for cash    they say promotional chips on them  they ask what denominations you want at cage  dealer was also able to break $100.00 promotional chips at table for $25.00 and $5.00 chips    dealer dropped promotional chips down money slot every 30 minutes or so

i am a table games player, is this in addition to the certificates you earn for free cruises ? would it count against the points i earn towards the voucher if i use points for cash or OBC ?
