    Turtle Farm AND Royal Palms?

    It sounds like there is enough to do at the turtle farm. Just do all they have and do the beach somewhere else. FYI it took us 35 minutes standing in line to get on a tender. Find out from your ship the day before what the process is for tendering so that you may be able to get off earlier than some.

    Security was around. I felt slightly pestered by people wanting to braid hair or give mi the lowest price on a tour. I never felt unsafe. This was from the ship to turtle beach in OR.

    What do you wish you brought but didnt?

    We have been on Divina twice. Love it! The second time, I brought my own pillow. The first time, the pillow was not my favorite and, when I asked, our housekeeper brought me five more to see if I would like them. They were better, and I slept well. But, I just brought my own pillow this time to assuage any concerns. I also love vegemite on toast for breakfast, so I brought my own since they do not have it in the buffet. I would say if there is a particular brand of something you like bring it. We saw some Brits who love one kind of tea. And, the ship did not have the one kind of tea and they were put out. They should have just brought that one kind of tea themselves. Problem solved. We also brought conditioner since they do not provide it. We love their shampoo and body wash, but sadly could not buy any on board to bring home. Oh, bring a Tervis tumbler with top and handle. We brought 12 oz kinds and they were great for the buffet and taking ashore. I also brought far less clothes with me the second time then first. But, was sure to bring a few more dressy items, as, at night, many folks dress up beautifully. We also brought our own ping pong gear and a small soccer ball so we did not have to bother asking for it from staff. Oh, and bring clips to hold your towels to your lounge chairs. We got soooo many envious looks due to our snazzy clips. And, if you like music, some of the smaller, private decks are away from the music, so we had a small blue tooth speaker for our enjoyment.

     

     

    I am super picky about pillows. I did not have an issue with my interior room state room pillows.

    June 3 MSC Divina review

    Just putting in my 2 cents worth. We enjoyed the cruise. The price was considerably less ($800) than the other lines, and that included 36 drink vouchers. I wish we would have found out sooner that we could use the vouchers for a large gelato. The crew was great. I couldn't believe their energy! I couldn't believe that after activities they would just socialize. The whole leadership team came to the cruise critic mix and mingle. Someone started a Facebook group - that was great. I do not think they have enough public bathrooms - especially by the buffet. I wish they had the time on the screens in the elevators. Take a watch! I didn't like the kids club space ( needs lighting and bright paint). I'm surprised the kids go all over the ship ( even past the narrow photo shop) hand in hand. The kids pull each other. They have water that is a few inches deep and they have water that is over 5 ft deep. I wish they had a part of the pool that was 3 ft deep.

    Atlantis for free?

    Here is what we did: ferry to Atlantis $4 pp -take a taxi the ferry is overall not worth any difference in price. Walked through Atlantis and sea grape tunnel. Saw turtles, sting ray, fish, etc. We went on their beach and no one said anything to us. It was great! When we tried to use their stairs, they would not let us. My wife said she was not able to go another way (physically). They let us use their stairs.

    Atlantis for free?

    If we take a taxi to Atlantis, what can we do/see at paradise island/Atlantis without charge? Has anyone done this? Any idea how long this can occupy us? We really want to get up close to it....... we just do not want to pay the large amount.
