About 15 years ago, I booked a cruise that departed on Superbowl Sunday, I even asked my (now EX) husband if he was okay with the dates, and he said he was. He was so mad about it, he gave me the cold shoulder the entire cruise! They were supposed to play the game on a huge screen on the lido deck, but there were technical difficulties. What an idiot......this may have been what ultimately sealed the deal for the divorce!

I was on the Pride a couple years ago for the playoffs in early June and they had the NHL playoff games on in the sports bar. There were 2 games during our cruise and we watched both on the ship!

Imax is open till after 1am some nights and yes there is a lot of noise coming from Imax and it all depends what room you are in.

We were in cabin 8304 on Vista in January. No problem with noise from Imax. I did not pay close attention, but I believe Imax movies ended before midnight.

I have booked a balcony cabin on deck 8 midship for my upcoming cruise on the Horizon. Has anyone had a similar cabin on the Vista? If so l, did you experience any noise from the IMAX theaters? Also anyone know how early or late the IMAX theaters are open?

You can pay your final bill with Carnival Gift Cards. You cannot add Gift Cards to your sign and sail account until you are on the ship. Also you cannot use Carnival Gift Cards to pay for Alcohol Package or Bottomless Bubbles before you sail.
