My Chase Sapphire Visa Signature card has no annual fee and provides $10,000 trip cancellation/interruption insurance for a couple (5,000 each), or $20,000 in a single year. If anyone has ever filed a claim for reimbursement from Chase, please post your experience.

I have trip cancellation/interruption insurance from Chase with coverage up to $10,000. Does anyone have advice on relying on such coverage for a cruise versus buying coverage from an insurer.
