If I book a shore excursion on line through my ncl account does it have to be paid before hand or will we be billed once on the ship and will we still get the shore excursion credit? Thanks

Thank you for all the comments 😊 So ive checked several times today and finally its paid off! We have a room 11020 I really dont care where it is just glad to have a room 😄

6 days now until we board still no cabin assigned. Do I ring to enquire closer to the time? I have read that sometimes you may not get assigned until you get to port is this an easy process (im preparing myself)

:( I will keep checking my ncl and hope it sorts itself out. Its a worry because we finally persuaded my mom to travel and we made her booking together with ours she is in an inside room all sorted. We hoped to make this look very easy to her so that she will feel able to do it alone. So on the outside I am calm and panicking inside. We fly to Barcelona saturday and im hoping it is sorted before then.

Hi, This will be my second cruise with NCL this time on the Spirit sailing 12March. We booked a GTY balcony cabin BD. Tuesday we received a phone call from our travel agent to say balcony cabins have been oversold and offereing us a downgrade! Plus some money back. We informed our TA that we would still like a balcony cabin she said this was fine and we would shortly receive our cabin assignment. As of yet still no cabin assigned. Is this a normal thing to happen Hubby is getting quite concerned now and bending my ear?
