We want to decorate our door on our carnival cruise, but I'm not sure if the doors are metal?

If you and your husband drink at least 6 alcoholic beverages a day then you will break even. If only one of you does then it isn't worth it since you both have to pay for the package. Also, the list above is wrong as bottle water is included and all specialty coffee is also included. Also, you can order non- alcoholic drinks as well.

It sounds like you would have to be wasted every day to get your moneys worth lol not good when bringing your kids .

is it worth it? is it worth it to you is the only question. For us it's a no brainer. BTW, what exclusions?

All these:

Non-alcoholic beverages other than soda and non-alcoholic frozen cocktails.

Beverages promoted and sold in souvenir glasses.

Bottles of liquor.

Bottled water (offered at a 25% discount).

Beverages offered at gangway while debarking.

Beverages offered through room service as well as mini bars and/or other in-stateroom beverage programs.

The sharing of cocktails and floaters.

Buckets of beer, pitchers of beer, and beer tubes.

Wine and champagne by the bottle (offered at a 25% discount).

All spirits or wine above $10.00 per drink (offered at a 25% discount).

Beverages offered through enomatic wine machines.

Coffee beverages and food items.

All other beverage-related programs including cookbooks and bar books, beverage seminars and classes, as well as cigars.

Debarkation can start as early as 7:00ish if everything runs smoothly. You are requested to be out of your cabin by 8:00am. I would say most ships are cleared by 10-10:30 barring an occasional straggler. If you take your bags off yourself you will likely be off by 9am. This is all based on passed experience and not any set schedule. Some ships actually post a schedule of when they expect each group will debark.

Is the cheer package worth it? My husband is a drinker and I was just wondering if its worth it, I saw there were lots of exclusions listed.

Were going on our first Carnival cruise on Feb 4. We've always sailed with DCL before and I was wondering what Carnivals debarkation was like? What's the earliest I can get off and what time does the last person have to be off? I hope it's easy peasy
