According to the two different people I talked to they said I could do it. will confirm again when i call to cancel my booking for the end of the month. when you call to cancel you receive a FCC, it takes 5-10 business days to show up on your account. when its time to make final payment you call and tell them you have a FCC that you want to apply. thats it.

i already called and rebooked for october so i could reserve the cabin and dates i wanted. did have to put down a new deposit but will call later this week or next to cancel our sailing for 3/29.  highly recommend anyone with a specific want to do that. had ZERO problem getting ahold of someone on the new reservations line.

i'd also like to point out, the cartons take up less space than the bottles. ncl might have an ulterior motive besides the environment. if you can carry just as many and take up less space on board you have more room for other stuff you can sell or you can have a smaller storage area entirely.

and if anyone can find out the status of the Dedicated NCL Ferry service from Dockyard to St George that would be appreciated. News reports say it will run May to Oct but I can't find any concrete dates it starts or if it's even on schedule to begin. TIA

we booked our own tee time with the course, not as an excursion...

It was actually cheaper to book through the ship, because i am a latitudes silver member I get a discount on excursions and I'd rather use my own clubs than rentals. rented on my honeymoon in hawaii and it was absolutely terrible.

playing port royal on May 11th aboard the Breakaway. the excursion time says 8:30 but will I be given a specific tee time at some point how does that work?

in his review he mentions pre-purchasing a bottle of booze. the review is a little out of date but very informative. does anyone know if this is still possible? to order a bottle of rum perhaps

Since the passports have expired, it is NOT a simple renewal. I also had to replace an expired passport and I had to set up an appointment, go to my nearest passport center (100 miles away), and present my supporting documents (including the expired passport) in person. On the plus side, it only took a few minutes, and the processing officer said if I wanted to come back in 2 hours, I could take my new passport home. I thanked him profusely and waited!

the passport I renewed had been expired for a few YEARS, my wife's for a few months. both were processed via the mail. went to rite-aid for the photos.

this seems like more than plenty, especially if you aren't big drinkers. id be really taking advantage of that spa! I've never prepaid for credit, can you get the excess back?!?

I did mine and my wife's passports recently, right after i booked our 5/7 sailing to Bermuda on the BA. Both took 10 business days from the day I mailed them to the day I received them, it might be worth paying for expedited for peace of mind. BUT they shouldn't need passports - just proof of citizenship as mentioned above. the only reason a passport is preferred is that if something happens while in a foreign country it may make it harder to return to the US.
