  1. Did "you" pay for the cruise? If so, than it's an easier question. I'm pretty sure you should just have them a no show, and enjoy the cruise. Than I think you would file an insurance claim, depending on if it is a covered reason, and hope for the best. The issue I believe is if you cancel the second person, you will be repriced, and that might end up costing more money than leaving it alone. But it might be needed for the insurance.

Did you call the insurance company and ask?

Yes the cruise has been paid in full I haven't called the insurance company I called my travel agent but they are really no help I might have to change travel agents after this

  2. I am getting different answers and I don't know what to do I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks and bookd a double occupancy room with a cabin mate and added the travel Insurance however due to an emergency health issue cabinmate is unable to go. If they cancel will I have to pay the single supplement or should they just not show up

  3. I was just told by some friends that are going to our wedding cruise that they are flying in to Fll from Mco on the same day that our cruise leaves Port Everglades, they are 1st time cruisers and I haven't done this before so not sure if it's a good idea. Non stop flight on Southwest flight gets in at 12:30 am

    TIA

  4. Yes, I did last month. Just be sure to claim the OBC quickly after booking. I did mine within 2 days. Certain pricing offers invalidate the OBC offer so I verified with the casino department if it would work with my reservation through my travel agent and they confirmed it would.

Who do I contact if I booked my cruise with a ta to add my obc?

    TIA

  5. So excited we finally decided to book Feb 5 2018 on RCL IOS we decided to go with a private WC while we're in port in Jamaica, unfortunately Royal Events was not willing to work with us and our 60+ guests so we had to look else where, now we are trying to figure out about having a dinner "reception" at a specialty.

Grateful for this site has been very helpful.
