  1. Anyone in the UK still having problems logging in? I am still getting the message “ we are unable to complete you request......” Is it because I have both a RCCL and Celebrity account?

    I am in the UK and although I can login and find my current booking the system it will not accept my Crown & Anchor or Captains Club numbers. Have spoken to RCI who confirm that my loyalty status is linked to my booking so that I will get benefits onboard. Sounds as though they have a way to go in sorting out the new software.
