We were on the Norwegian Bliss Alaskan Cruise from May 21-28, 2022 and they didn’t have Captain Morgan!! My boyfriend wasn’t happy because that’s all he drinks. The bartenders said it was taken off the list a couple of months ago. We understand the world has gone crazy over the last couple of years, but we feel like it’s false advertising and basically resulted in a bait and switch scheme. Every bar we went into off the ship had Captain Morgan and the Duty Free shop on the ship had it also. We ended up spending way more money off the ship just so he could drink his liquor of choice. He didn’t like the Kraken at all. The Fleur de Cana was a little closer, but did not compare. Captain Morgan is the reason why we’ve chosen NCL over other cruise lines, but now we’re going to shop around other cruise lines.
