Off the Fantasy this morning. Cruising was very different this time. Our last cruise before this one was on the Valor two years ago. The American Table was just ok- nothing special. Lobster and steak now cost an additional $20. The dining room service was slower. Almost as if the waiters are overloaded with the amount of tables they service. Our cabin service started off rocky. The first day, I asked for ice and morning and evening service. Never received ice, but both morning service the second day. We will compare value for the money when we cruise again.

Thanks to the nice people who answered my question without being rude. The purpose of the question was to determine if we needed to pack our own hangers. Telling me if I needed more I had grossly overpacked, or to bring my own, were childish comments.

Is there a good supply of hangers in cabins on the Fantasy?

What happens when the cruise is scheduled and a tropical storm forms near the departure port?

In Key West several years ago we walked to a state park and snorkels in a beautiful cove. Highly recommend!

I booked as past guest by phone. She told me we would get two upgrades, and assigned Empress 186 ocean view.

Our cabin on the Fantasy August 12 cruise appears to be below the galley. Will Carnival move us to a different cabin if call them tomorrow?

We are sailing in the Fantasy August 16. I have just discovered that our cabin below the galley. This cabin is 2x upgrade. How bad is the location?

We sailed out of Port Canaveral two years ago. Carvival offered a special to handle luggage from the night before arriving back to port and getting it to the airport. We couldn't take the offer because our flight left at 2pm. I personally would book a later flight if possible.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Order room service -the night before- for a lite breakfast to enjoy on your balcony.

Our family of four (college aged kids) will be in that cruise! Our daughter would tell your kiddos to order the peanut butter and jelly sandwich from Room Service! They also enjoyed swimming with the dolphins in Cozumel. Relax and enjoy your cruise! It won't be your last!

I would call Carnival or use a travel agent and explain your situation.
