Ok so I am still confused...I’ve booked through the Australian “office”. I just called Azamara and was advised that this 20% discount doesn’t apply to the Australian market. I was advised to email the promotion I received to an admin email address but wondering if it’s really worth all the effort. 

Hi, I have booked a cruise for my extended family (5 adults and 3 children) on a crystal carribean voyage. I was looking on their website today and noticed (I) a kids sail free promotion and (ii) the crystalMemories program. At the time of booking, 2 children were at 50 per cent of the adult fare. We have 3 cabins altogether and booked altogether. I have not paid the final amount, just the deposit. Will crystal alllow me to take advantage of the memories program, which includes the 2 kids sailing free and some cabin credit? Is it combinable with other discounts (at time of booking there was an promotion of $800 discount on a cabin or $1200 cabin credit). Or do you lose these original discounts to take advantage of the memories program? This is my first cruise!
