One of our guests has a seafood allergy and another is in a wheelchair. Would that help in any way? We would need a accessible table every night.

We have always Cruised on Royal Caribbean but this time we are taking a NCL and I have a question about Dinner. I know NCL doesn't have a main dining time like Royal you go whenever you want. But does it have a option that you can sign up to have the same table same time and same restaurant for all 7 nights? Or is it between a certain time at any of the free restaurants at any table they have free?

My question is based on a article and got me thinking. The article is this: https://www.foxnews.com/travel/carnival-fantasy-cruise-ship-fail-inspection.
I know what the company dose to fix the issues. But what happens to the ship right at that point? Are they inspected with guests on it and before they start a cruise? If so are they are you allowed to continue the cruise. Do they take the ship out of service? I want to know more what happens to the ship maybe people and not so much the company.
Thank you

I do think it could be staff cuts and how big the ship is and how much they work staff and time off

I have been cruising for over 12 years all on RCL. Back then at the last night of the Cruise you use to tip who you wanted and how much. I do understand why they went to pre-tips and I am okay paying tips. Has anyone noticed ever since they went to pre-tipping that the service has gotten slower or not as friendly with you will to go the extra. Just a question.
