Done a bit of research, I tend to spend a ridiculous amount of time researching everything for vacations. Just looking for some input on Liberty. Was on Explorer 2 years ago and loved the ship. Totally understand Liberty is a bit older. Just want to make sure there aren't any glaring problems before booking a 9 night cruise. 

Any input from anyone that has been on the ship recently would be great!

I had an emed test I bought through Royal come back invalid too. Complete ripoff and money grab. OnPoint saved the day. 

Emed basically said they didn't care and weren't refunding anything.

If you have the drink package you can ask for whatever Scotch you want.

Anyone done a sunset cruise through these guys? We are going to be in port for the afternoon and thinking of booking one.

Don't see an issue with them getting the casino points if they organize everything. 

Biggest issue would be location I would think with these type of sites. 

We are stopping in La Romana, DR on and upcoming cruise. We plan on staying on the ship. Doesn't look like there is much in the port and we aren't booking an excursion. 

I have a fake rubber wedding ring that looks exactly like my regular wing. I just wear that.

Does anyone know if they still have these there? We are booked on a cruise in late August and excursions are available for Haiti. But they don't have the beach beds listed. I have seen them in YouTube videos and definitely interested in them. Royal has them listed on their website still.

Anyone else have a cruise they have booked not showing in the cruise planner today? Says I have 0 upcoming cruises. It was there last night. It is still a year out. 

If I try to add it back it says the reservation number is incorrect. 

I just got passports about a month ago. Had them in the mail about 4 weeks after we went to the post office. 

Everyone over 21 in the room has to purchase it. You aren't supposed to share, but it can be done by the sounds of it.

Carnival's website is awful. As someone who is pretty tech savvy.... It is one of the worst websites of its type.

And the mobile version is about a million times worse.

I've found the mobile site is one of the worst working mobile sites I've ever come across.

Their actually website is pretty good I think though. I would try clearing cookies and being sure your browser is updated.

We are most likely just going to book an ocean view room. A balcony would be nice, and in the future we will probably get one at some point. But I don't see us spending a ton of time in our room with so much to do. Will probably go with a run under the restaurant on the 2nd level, it seems that would be better than under the galley.

Found it to have a 9 card limit when I was only able to get $100 cards to pay off the cruise. Fun shops may vary.

Is it a 9 card limit per transaction? Or a 9 card limit for everything associated with the entire cruise?

I would call them and talk very nicely and explain why you had that time booked. Airlines aren't as bad as most people think when it comes to working with people. Just call them as soon as you can and work out details with them.

Hello,

I am planning things out, and still a ways away. But we are going to be in San Juan from 1pm-9pm. I think after a little research we are just going to kinda explore a bit on our own. It is just me and my girlfriend traveling.

Was wondering if just walking or taking a cab or something to the forts and then maybe getting a late lunch or early dinner and a drink or two somewhere is a good plan for here?

Any tips anyone has would be appreciated.

There is so much information out there, especially on this site, that using a TA seems like a waste. You can get great deals just by doing a little research. You can also probably score some OBC with no problems just by asking. If you call to book a cruise and have your deposit ready and just tell them you would book it today if they could offer you $50 credit or something they will I'm sure.

I'm sure this may have been answered somewhere, but I didn't see it. Is there a limit to how many gift cards you can use?

I am booking my cruise soon and will just buy these to cover the deposit, then buy them to pay off the rest over time.
